I think a big problem now is most superhero films can only generate box office buzz when they’re full of cameos, legacy characters, etc. That was the appeal with No Way Home, and to a lesser extent Doctor Strange 2.
It’s one thing for them to bring back Wolverine, but it sounds like they’re going all-in on the cameos. That’s not to say every superhero film needs to bring back these old actors/characters to be successful, but they’ve put themselves in a position where these films became so hollow and formulaic that people just want some nostalgia for the films and characters they loved.

It's nothing to wait 4-6 weeks for the box office to die down and the release date a month later. I have D+ included in my Verizon account. No biggie for me today wait a few weeks for free.

Ive been telling everyone that Ncutti Gatwa doesn't know how to act a character, except as himself. I watched him in Sex Education as Eric. It was a fine show in season 1-2. But got too horribly written & woke in season 3-4 so i stopped watching. This guy Gatwa plays a gay character (as he is in real life) whose main character development is exploring his sexuality and finding ways to express himself as a gay person.
Guess what so far, that's exactly the same vibe I'm getting in his Dr Who characterization. What a dishonor to the legacy of Dr.Who.

I was fine with the lack of action throughout because the story was so compelling, and I didn't even need an action-packed finale.
It was just that the final reveal was kind of a dud
Yunioshi is a character from an movie that is 63 years old, Gedde Watanabe who played Long Duk Dong is from Japanese descent and used a Korean accent to play a Chinese character... then again just look how Hollywood still makes caricatures of plenty of European cultures, especially Eastern Europeans but somehow that is ok because they are `white`? And Apu was one of the smarter and more diverse in characters (in character and development) on the Simpsons. His accent is just as offensive as that of groundskeeper Willy (talking about stereotypes). Plenty of Indians living in India speak with an accent, so these critics have a problem with a whole country's accent... talking about racism and superiority complex
