solo trip to korea pt 2 🇰🇷 seeing kpop idols, old bighit building, gwangjang market, & more

hi hi, welcome to part 2 of my korea vlog!
in my second week of travelling alone in seoul, i:
- went thrifting at dongmyo flea market
- visited the dongdaemun design plaza
- ate street food at gwangjang market
- visited the starfield coex mall, starfield library, and kstar road
- saw idols at the kbs music bank building (including seventeen, ive, boynextdoor, eunchae & chaemin, and many other groups!)
- had korean bbq
- went to a kpop club in hongdae
- visited the old bighit building
- explored and shopped around insadong, bukchon hanok village, hongdae, and goto mall

understandably so!! I was also scared before I went on my solo trip hahaha but I turned out all right :') I guess some tips from me would be to:
1. do a lot of research and planning beforehand of places to visit, what to expect, and how you will get from place to place so you feel more prepared! (I watched guides and solo travel vlogs, and saved a lot of solo-friendly food places on social media)
2. join activities that allow you to meet other people (personally i signed up for a language school, but you can also stay in a hostel, or sign up for other group activities like airbnb experiences/day tours) so you feel less lonely!
3. take precautions for your safety (e.g. bringing a portable door lock, being more aware of your surroundings when alone, making sure that no one is following you when you head back to your accommodation)
