Great video! I am currently having therapy and it is helping me however I cannot stop overthinking still. I have a covert stammer so it is not noticeable but it is in my mind all the time and being on the phone for my job it makes it so difficult it is all I think about and it makes my life miserable!

I finally managed to build a meditation routine the back end of last year which has helped massively with viewing my own thoughts objectively. Also started learning a bit of western Buddhism which completely flipped how I see that internal ‘self’ where all the overthinking and suffering comes from.
