PLEASE hear my story. I had rectal prolapse caused by IBS and bad guy bacteria. I was told there's no cure and I need surgery. I then reduced my Wheat foods and sugary foods. Increased vegetables and sour fruits. For Carbs I eat Oatmeal, Potatoes and Rice. IMPORTANT. I'm drinking 2 Tablespoons of Pure Olive Oil first thing in the morning. I make sure I drink warm water after every meal. It's been 6 months and my Prolapse is completely gone. Thank God.

I really need this, preferably the mesh option. I have incredibly week pelvic floor..my doctor told me this while examining my prolapse internally. This was years ago and it is much worse now and it is affecting my bladder. I'm in the UK
Need a good suggestion on my lady friend request for a chance to see if she can get a new doctor to help here bladder and rectal problem to do it right away and let me know? Thanks

I eat like yiu di all my adult life. Dont work.
Today my rectal proplase is coming out they are minor and they natural go back but not perfectly go back so what can I do ?
