Hello Joseph, I know that some of these more sophisticated tracers do. So be sure to check option number 4 they have different types of trackers which some of them allow you to remote lock and unlock. But its pricey.
The AirTag should be used as a back up tracker. Be sure to modify the AirTag by removing it’s built in speaker, which will make it much more difficult for the criminals to locate the AirTag. A remote kill switch is also very important.

Any of these allow you to see onboard diagnostic? Like being able to read engine temp remotely ?
Some of these do like the Vyncs tracker gives you engine error code readings and a diagnostic of what it may be.
