This was quite an informative video. Ms. Eesha explained not only workplace bullying but also bullying in general. And the way she related it to day to day issues was very well done. Mental health is of utmost importance, and like she said, “we need to respect ourselves first”. A job well done. Looking forward to more informative videos like this.
In my experience, HR does not play the role of a mediator. They work for management and do what they desire. I've witnessed bullying first hand and have witnessed HR fail miserably to paly an active and objective role. Companies now give fancy titles to HR people e.g. HR Business Partner where as these poor souls practically work as personnel officers or coordinators whose role, traditionally, was to hire/fire people at the behest of the management.

Very good information Miss Esha but the anchor person is also asked good questions he should also be appreciated because most of the videos are not very effective because of anchor persons
In the companies HR is only work for Management and Director. i am not talking aboit all companies HR. but 90 pervent hr is working for Management and Director they dont have care about anyone bullying and insults in a room or publicaly.

people don't compromise your mental health for these private jobs the companies don't give a fuck about you and neither should you about them at most they can only terminate your contract any bully can't do more then that .Employees are like tissue papers in these companies used and thrown in dustbin don't bother to report any bully to management they won't do shit about it but you must give a proper shut up call in meeting in front of every one so that the bully tastes his own medicine they might terminate your job for that but 1 company is not the end of the world .Feel very sad for the girl Esha talked about a couple of years back i was also in the same situation but then a couple of proper shut up calls in my desi punjabi anger did the job and after that no one tried to act bossy with me and i also didn't changed my behavior it is what it is you hire me for development not for motivational speaking and you pay me pennies don't expect silicon valley performance IT IS WHAT IT IS DEAL WITH IT OR TERMINATE MY JOB AND GET SOME ONE ELSE BUT NO FUCKING DISRESPECT
