Pro wrestling seems a lot more rigorous than I expected. It’s great to see how difficult this sport truly is. I have a new found respect for the athleticism and training these men and women possess. Thanks for the reality check Booker.

Booker T is such a professional,,he calling spots,,blunders and even yell out closed fist' I really appreciate his love for the sport especially if yk his background. Booker T really paid it forward from his humble beginnings in Texas 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿💪🏿He has the psychology down and knows how to feed the comeback while telling the fans a story

Very cool video guys! I'd love to see more clips like this as to what it takes to prepare and properly train to be a professional wrestler. Great job by Ducky, Booker, Ryan, Gino, Connor and Rob for the demo.

Wish I was in Texas, Would love to learn from a Legend. You taught more in this video then what you know. The art of story telling and when to be in control as well as when your the so called passenger, selling properly. Awesome video.

Dear Sensei. Forgive me for a stupid question, I noticed it in many matches. A wrestler would get his opponent into a hammerlock, and then, for no reason transition to a side headlock. Why? If you have a hammerlock on someone, there are so many things you can do to the mans arm and shoulder to "set up" for a submission like Cross Arm Breaker, cross face Chickenwing, Kimura Lock, Wakigatame, or even Rings of Saturn. Why give up a solid hammerlock and try to get a headlock rather then focus on the arm that you ALREADY have in your grasp? In one of your podcasts, Sensei, you said that "Every move you do needs to make sense" Why give up an arm that you ALREADY have, to chase the head that you may or may not get?
Of course I can understand transition to another joint lock if your opponent countered your hammerlock, but why give up a perfectly good hammerlock to chase the dude's head? Why not crank on a hammerlock and then, from hammerlock simply transition to a wakigatame (fujiwara armbar), or, if someone is good, into a flying cross arm breaker? Thank you, Sensei Booker. (I hope you do not mind me calling you Sensei).

Been considering signing up for this even though it might be rather challenging with my current job but I’m sure many people have had to hustle through tougher times so I’m sure it’ll pay off eventually. I have quite a bit to pay back so I’m thinking I would be able to start looking into this in about a month or two. I know I’m very small compared to many athletes but I would appreciate if people didn’t give up on me. I will stay focused and will not speak of things that shouldn’t be spoken about. And for the record, I have applied for credit with my bank before at an earlier age. I think I even tried twice but I know for sure I have tried once and I wasn’t approved. Not sure exactly what it was for, I would be lying if I made an excuse but it could’ve been my status or maybe my income or I’m pretty sure it was a college credit I was applying for but I know I have before and I’ll try again soon when I can make some more income.
