It's good to make it a habit of eating veggies & fruits any day possible. It's always nice to see you bond with Bret & the gang. Take care great Kyle! Make wonders while powering on💪
Don't worry about Bret not being "enthusiastic" Kyle, we all have those moments when we feel like not talking.. we totally understand! 🙂 Can't wait for your next adventure hopefully around CDO or Bukidnon or maybe come down a little in Zamboanga Peninsula just like old times ba hehehe
You guys are eating healthy and delicious, I'm sure!☺️It's nice to see Japanese and Koreans living and enjoying my birth country, considering they come from wealthy countries! Bona petit, guys😋
I think you must try mamutong with barkada bro. It is called mag "lamaw ug butong" it is just a simplier version of buko salad that typical mag barkada bonding to do in province and I'm pretty sure lots of bisaya can relate to it. And I think, that is perfect to eat and drink while watching the beach in your area because that is so refreshing to eat and to drink.
As always......awesome video and entertaining. Always looking forward for the next one. JUST GOOD VIBES all over and throughout this channel...... THANKS, KULAS!!
Glad to see you and the gang are still doing alright and stay positive. Those frappeccinos looked massive and yummy! Panalangin sa diyos at salamat, Kulas, the girlfriend, ug sa tanan!
Love the addition of Daisuke to your circle! Is he full Japanese or half Japanese half Filipino? Curious to know when and how he chose Cateel for his home. Enjoy!
Kulas, I just loved watching your daily life in Cateel with boys gang. B4 your blog’s ended, I finished this also with a big smile on my face, so uplifting and positive. Please continue to share more in future😀
I dont think bret is introvert.because before pandemic when he was stil new in vlogging with the fighter boyz .he was makulit , funny, friendly .i think .naapektuhan ang knyang mental health during the pandemic .nasusubaybayan k nung blogging nya mula manila.hanggang lumipat xa ng cdo to cateel.
Introverts can be makulit, funny, and friendly din naman. Ang pinagkaiba lang ng introvert at extrovert ay mas madali madrain ang social battery ng introvert. So yes, Bret is introvert noon pa. Pero tama ka din, nadepressed din kase sya nung pandemic kaya din siguro hindi na sya ganon kasayahin like before.
They extract oil from malunggay seeds, you can air dry malunggay leaves to use some other time in the future, you can do green tea with it or roast it a little to make dark tea. From the dried malunggay leaves you can everything you do with it fresh, from dried leaves you can make smoothies or sprinkle it on scrambled eggs to make omelet one way of hiding the veggie from picky children
'Moody' makes it sound like it's not ok to feel tired or runnout of social battery. Why does he have to be moody? lmao maybe mans just wanted some alone time or peace and quiet, not everything needs to have drama, I feel bad for my introverted bros lol.
Is Dasuke a vlogger too? Tell him im gonna follow his channel ok.Hello po Kulas, Brett, Dasuke and to all the boys.Parami na ang mga dayuhan na becoming Filipinos, nakakatuwa po! 💖
Hello Kulas, Bret and Kumar!! How about trying to visit Lake Sebu (the land of the dreamweavers) located in South Cotabato where you can go fishing tilapia and cook/prepare in all sorts of menu. Experience the nature of the Seven (7) Falls and the amazing Zipline (the highest zipline in Southest Asia). Have fun and enjoy!! 🎉🥰❤👍👏👏👏
Daisuke said is true... My father in law, harvest matured fruit malunggay and removed seeds for drying, and after it is dried remove the seed casing and it is ready to eat. It said that the malunggay seed is good for the health. I tried eating some seeds, it taste bitter at first but while chewing it taste sweet and drank a glass of water... It is really sweeter and refreshing.
Habaan nyo ang tangkay ng walis na tingting, ibukas ng konte parang pamaypay para di mabaluktot ang nagwawalis....best place to live like in your place... awesome ❤❤❤❤
The province is the best place to stay (especially here in the highlands) as long as it has a strong internet connection. I have been living in NCR for almost 4 years and everything needs money to survive. Whereas, living in the province does not require that much money, we work in the fields for food, finding vegetables everywhere. Raising chickens and pigs and slaughtering them if possible. We also grow vegetables so we don't have a problem with daily food.
Hello beautiful cateel.malungay or Moringa seeds ,is rich in vitamins and minerals,we have bought some a product from Taiwan. Is has a lot of health benefits.
I hope you can go to my brother's farm... there's a lot of rambotan, durian, lansones,buko... you can even do fishing if you want. It's only in carmen near tagum. A lot of vegetables as well

The Japanese dude seems chill and a trooper. He's already used to climate and Filipino culture.

In pampanga people eat the fruit of the malonggay. They stir fry it with canned sardines. And it tastes good.😊
Here in Australia the fruit of Malunggay is very expensive, the way the ILOCANOS prepare or cooking is yummy....
Not just stir fry I lived their for almost 2 years and they also boiled it.. like soap...with flower blossoms from squash
im all up for runs! i can totally relate to you kulas, I love running especially if i have a buddy with the same energy level as me! lol
