Why so Few Americans Live in West Virginia compared to Virginia?

When many of the mines shut down people lost jobs, and it takes forever to get anywhere in the hills. The people are wonderful though.

I live in Va off 81 and I wish my wife would move to wva with me. Va has to many different cultures and the rich people got all the nice land. Also it’s getting less affordable in Va
