The J series seems to have a very unique sound. I like it.
Its addicting. I have a j35 accord and i NEVER get tired of hearing it. The j series are just such gems

Sounds a bmw s55 motor which is usually on a m3/m4
same motor that’s in my dads suv still sounds about the same just not naturally aspirated

What you built was the average low buck guy hot side. That same setup on a LS using truck manifolds, and 2 1/4 pipe is good for 800 wheel HP. So well done.

Wow that's like a $20-$50 harness
That motor has about 5k miles left if it's lucky. There's a supercharger made for those motors that make around the same horsepower and they mention piston swapping for forced induction

Hey I have suggestion. Why dont guys change the angle at which the outlet from intercooler so it points back to the turbo. You will eliminate almost 2 ft of piping and make it way more responsive
I’m not following what you’re saying. And the way the intercooler sits is the only way we were able to fit the bumper back on

You can use the oem ecu with the odyssey harness
So when you send back the ecu to AEM and they got a repinned you didn't have to change your harness or any sensors on the motor?

Hi I just bought an accord with a j30 engine (3.0l v6 vtec) and I was wondering if it is a good engine to put a tubro kit in and tune. Lmk
To my knowledge, no one uses the 3.0s I don’t think they are as strong. But I honestly don’t know, we’ve never messed with them
If you can swap a j35 into it you’d be good to go!

you said ebay turbo kit? what all did u change on 3.2? I have a 3.0 accord with j32 cam j36 manifold and tb. I just want some info so I can do a set up
@@matthewvalentine5848 your doing the modifications that might yield some power but trust me stop wasting your time with N/A mods. Watch some single turbo builds get someone to fabricate the manifold for you (if on a budget use stock exhaust) put hx35 or gt35 not bigger and moderate boost would give 400whp and be safe. Good luck and dont overthink

Does it just plug and play? No wire switch or adding? I also have a 03 manual swap with the 6sp harness also and I’m looking to get it tune but it’s so hard to find something compatible with the harness

We ran out of turbo on the top end because the hot side was a little small, these engines can handle 550-650
I think I've seen some dudes running 1000hp on the stock bottom end of the j32

@@GARAGEIdiotS I'm gonna have to look into that because I've been putting this swap into work on my 6th gen accord which is already the j30 auto. Where there any problems engine wise you guys ran into? Mostly because I shouldnt have many mounting problems since I already have the v6 version
