Hey my friend, I'll make a separate video about this, but the key is to not fight the mind with the mind - as the mind is already defective. Instead you can utilise the breath and energy as vehicles for thought. So during meditation, or yoga, you can exhale an imagined grey cloudy matter, and inhale a bright golden light. On the exhale, visualise or feel or intend the negative thoughts to be expelled from your body out into the ether to be evaporated. Good luck, let me know how you get on.
