fear a housing crash due to people buying homes above asking prices with little equity. If prices drop, affordability and potential foreclosures may arise, worsened by future layoffs and rising living costs. I want to invest more than $300k, but I'm not sure on how to mitigate risk.
Consider reallocating from real estate to other reliable investments like stock, crypto or precious metals . Severe recessions offer market buying opportunities with caution, as volatility can yield short-term trading prospects. Not financial advice, but it may be wise to invest, as cash isn't ideal in this period.
It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.
nice! once you hit a big milestone, the next comes easier.. who is your advisor please, if you don't mind me asking?
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five aiyears now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I just looked her up on the internet and found her webpage with her credentials. I wrote her a outlining my financial objectives and planned a call with her.
Illegal immigrants are not paying for their accommodation, the US taxpayers are. Yes, housing demand will increase because there are more people to house (even if they don't have money). We are literally paying the government money so that they can make out lives more difficult.
We all need to stop paying taxes, they don’t have enough jails to put us in
@@uclasscUnfortunately they don’t need our taxes, they will just print more money, devaluing the dollars in our pockets. Taxes are to punish people and keep the down
And your wages lower. Look at the results 20 million in California alone has done.
I wish we'd all do that@@uclassc
Same in the UK .
It’s insane to me how dumb they think people are and how bold they are becoming…
It’s sad that most Americans are not the brightest anymore. The younger generation will have a hard time surviving in this country, yet they have most answers in the palm of their hands (smart phone). Anyhow, the US government knows how to control the majority’s mind. Very sad times
Thats because most Americans dont care unless it happens in their Martha's Vinyard.
When you say they who are you referring too??
No accountability
Because they are. Why do you think cars have things like TPMS? People can't use a pencil gauge or even read a dipstick.
The deportation issue. Use veterans. Retired cops. Ask for volunteers. I think you’d be surprised how many men would answer the call.
Im sure more government will totally solve government problem 🤤
What's your answer to the problem. I'll wait.

The narratives are unbearable.
They'll try to get folks to believe any excuse, as long as they can continue to destroy America.

Illegal immigrants are also putting stress on essentials like groceries and driving without insurance, causing insurance rates to increase.
Insurance rates are up because insurance companies are greedy. Stop giving them excuses as to why they can keep jacking rates.
Also Mexicans @@BigDogRoy
@@WilcoxNotreallythereApparently mexicans are the only immigrants 🤦♂️

How can they even rent anything when they have no ID, no credit score, no bank accounts, no recordable income, etc? When I try to buy or rent something they put a microscope up my ass and look at everything so how is an illegal renting an apartment or house?
Thats because they're not. They're probably living with relatives
They’re laundering and stealing tax money by giving “aid” to illegals.
There are already other illegals here that own rental properties through their legal spouses and the rent out to other illegals I see it all the time
You’re paying for their rent. That’s the gag. They come here, claim asylum, and YOU and I pay their rent, possibly to blackrock, through govt subsidy. This is going on all over California. They even pick where to live, and they get rent, food stamps, child care, etc, all paid for by you and I, while yes we get microscopes up our ass for renting. This is what the fed chair is talking about-but they’re so scared of the outrage this would cause if they told you the truth as I am here.

All good ideas… except this is being done on purpose. The parasitic elite don’t want uppity American workers who want minimum wage @ living wage nor do they want to slow the growth of their profits…
#2, you realize this Quid-Pro-Quo Beijing Joe Xi-den Crime Family Regime is actually suing companies, municipalities, and law enforcement agencies to force them to hire more illegal aliens ? ? ? Including defense contractor companies with access to highly classified projects.
The only way any of that has a CHANCE of happening, and it’s still a slim one, is if Trump is elected.
FL requires using e-verify by all employers when hiring. If each state would adopt FL's law, problem #2 would be largely solved. And if states didn't financially support the invaders, they'd leave the US! CA now has their taxpayers paying for invaders' Medicaid and welfare benefits!
Nations with small hats with high influence.
I see it in the town I work in. An extended family will chip in and four families will pack into a four bedroom home. Each family gets a bedroom. I've been in homes with 25 men that don't speak english. Bus shows up they all get on and go to work at farms. I've been to homes bought by immigrants that don't speak English and rented out to other foreigners. Immigrants are definitely raising theprice of homes.
And lowering your wages. Look at California for example.
They did not buy they are renting
And turning everything into the 3rd world shithole they fled.
Yet there are laws about how many bedrooms American citizens must have in their homes based on the size and make up of the residents of the home.

They inflate the rental market, which will inflate all housing by pushing more and more people higher up the housing market. They also spend on everything, so they fuel inflation throughout the economy.

The send their earnings back to where they came from until they can get their extended families over the border. Remittances can be a massive drain on an economy.
The illegal aliens aren’t, the governments are on behalf of free housing for the illegals.

In light of the current economic trends indicating a potential downturn in the stock market and an impending recession, coupled with falling inflation rates, investors are advised to consider diversifying their portfolios. Only problem is we don’t have enough houses as it is.
Because builders don't want to build more homes when they can sell high and rent high
It’s not just illegal inmigrants that come to US, there are a lot of legal immigrants coming in with money and buying houses. In just the past twenty years I have seen my city demographic change significantly with a larger influx from India and Middle East. They have money and they’re buying homes.
Like PBD!!😂😂😂
It doesn’t matter what their net worth looks like!!!
Trust me, the Hispanic community is very family oriented.
What they do is , they get 8-12 people working under the table jobs, and they all pitch in on a house together.
I’ve lived all over California my whole life, and have seen this alot.
...same here
Makes sense. Same for South East Asians f.ex
Former immigration officer here (I also married a Mexican girl); what you are not seeing is that 80% or above of the illegals are on welfare. They do live in the same house yes, but they will also receive $600plus a month in food stamps, free healthcare, free education, free phones, free utilities, etc. They then hide their income (pay no taxes) and cheat on their taxes (I’m now a CPA). I have seen hundreds of examples…. They are a drain on the system. Before you say “it’s not all of them,” when I was at immigration 10 years ago, it was above 80% met this criteria. They send money home to build their homes there, then leave. They whole time you, the taxpayer subsidized their lives. Yet, your social security is bankrupt, your taxes goes up, you continue to live at lower standards.
I’ve also seen migrants rent a 4 bedroom apartment in a low income neighborhood, and house 3 separate families in one house and split the bills amongst them. So if rent is $4k a month they would be able to afford the costs, and if costs are still too high, they’ll try to fit another family into the same home to cover costs. It’s all about survival for most of them..
Patrick hates his own RACE😂
How could an illegal qualify for a home? They can't
Yes, they are building apartment after apartment in Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs. I would say they've built hundreds of mega apartments( 100-250) units in each building in the last 5 years. It's disgusting.
Its refreshing to see someone else point this out... MN born and raised my whole life... When has anywhere south of Bloomington needed a mega complex? I can seriously think of at least 5/6 Cities South of the river with brand new or being built megaplex's.
@@dylans1492 I'm 52, and have driven a school bus for 32 years( in and around the whole metro area). I am appalled everyday at thee over expansion of these mega plex apartments everywhere. Same here in north Texas. My small town has/ is building 6 obscenely large apartment complexes and entire rental subdivisions.

If an illegal immigrant has that kind of money to pay for a house then they should have the money to come here legally. Close the border!
Exactly. So PDB and his lapdogs are lying. Do ur own research
Immigrants who don’t have money can rent.
If investors know there is rental demand, they will build more rental properties.

Adding 15 million needing housing might help the value of homes and the costs of rents but to a lot of Americans that are renting but wanting to on it's absolutely making it that much worse... Enough is enough the solution for affordable housing for the average working family is to take 100% of investor money out of residential resale real estate of four units or less.....

There are latinos that buy houses and advertise in Latin America similar to Airbnb. Latinos use these places as temporary places until they find jobs. I've seen homes with four families living there paying a certain amount which basically pays the mortgage of the person that owns the house. Eventually they sell.
I see this at the bank I work. A lot of Hispanics are buying homes. These are the ones that have been working here for a long time. I saw this couple from Peru get a cashier check for their down payment to buy a home.
