- The San Diego Jeep Club Jeep Wrangler build continues and in this episode the team install Rock Hards front and rear harness bars. These bars are going to allow the Jeep Wrangler to use a 5 point harness seatbelt with the PRP suspension seats that were previously installed. Additionally, these bars are going to provide some added rigidity to the Jeeps frame.

How hard do you think it's gonna be?
That jeep is coming along very nicely !!! I noticed the different fenders too lol....
I've done a fair bit of reading on cages and harness bars and from what I have learners that rear harness bar is way to low. The bar needs to be at shoulder level or else in a wreck it will probably result in a broken collar bone. Just my 2 cents... love those seats.

What a great install video. We are looking into upgrades on the cage and safety. Looks like a easy install.
If I member right the harness bar is suppose to be lined up with the rear holes in the seat if not you get into a roll over or crash your going to hurt someone how they are mounted right now

What is the purpose of putting reclining seats in a jeep, and then put a bar behind them , so you can't use them?
I was thinking that I recognized John's voice. I remember using his SPOD video as a guide for my install. I think I used his Lux Lighting rock light video for that install as well. I always pictured Rock Trooper being from Colorado.

How is the LizardSkin holding up? Did you reinstall the carpet or is the LizardSkin strong enough to withstand putting anything on top of it?
