Cooking a Porcupine

Made a very delicious recipe making ‘pulled pork’ out of the porcupine.
You see how to butcher a porcupine and how to break down some other small game.
The basic recipe is listed below:
One large onion
Worcestershire sauce
Strained tomatoes
Minced garlic
Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
BBQ sauce
Buns
It’s turns out absolutely delicious and really does taste very close to pork. I highly recommend for you to try this and have adventures with other game meat!
