- In this video we will be installing a hydro E-Brake and dual caliper on the E46 drift build. We used an Ebay handle with a Wilwood master cylinder, weld-on brackets, and Chase Bays lines. We also found a way to keep the rear wheel speed sensor signal to avoid limp mode.

Welcome back
Maybe I'll regain momentum
Man savage set up, all working good with the speed sensor? And how about the welds how are they folding up seen as the arms are cast?
Looking do same on out road drift bus 👌💪
Speed sensor works and the welds are holding fine thanks to welding all the way around and a proper pre heat cycle.
@@269Garage Thanks for the reply! Wasnt aware that you had to preheat cast, going to tack it with the flux core and take it to the local shop to weld it with the gas welder, been searching ages for a solution for the hydro so thanks!!
Also clean the heck out of it, no oils or rust.
Hey mate what brake line did you use, my line hits the trailing arm cheers
Chase bays lines, are your calipers flipped left and right by chance? Not sure if that would make a difference though.
What welder did you use? is it still holding up?
Harbor freight vulcan omnipro 220, and yes it's still completely fine! Preheat and welding fully around is critical. There's horror stories of these breaking off, but I've looked at the pics they took, and it's very apparent it was a cold weld that was the culprit.
We produce LED for AUTO, Are you open to doing any product review? If yes, How can we connect with you
Not at the moment, we're pursuing a new shop currently. Been too busy to even upload archived videos lately, which I need to catch up on ASAP. Perhaps later in the future.
