My friend, Todd Parrott, did some killer playing at the Variety Show. I didn't attend the convention, but I saw the clips of him playing on Facebook. Considering he introduces the song as a hymn he sometimes plays at church and the song he played being an awesome 70s rock instrumental, he literally blew everybody off their feet with that side to his playing and also made everybody laugh. That's my harp dad right there.

Hey- we totally understand - but, I am sure you can agree that the first set on this evening's performance is not blues by any stretch. Please note that this is but 1 of 5 nights of music, where Jazz, Blues, Country, Gospel and Blues were all played! Ditto late evening jams.
