Every year I buy 2 mint monster boxes of ASE'S. I keep them sealed and put in a safe place. I have over 70,000 troy ozs. of .999 silver sovereign coins in my stack.
You can't go wrong with silver eagles. Incredibly boring to stack year to year, but tons of upside!

APMEX appears to me to be the highest priced dealer, but their shipping is incredibly fast and I haven’t had any problems with them. But because of their higher prices, I don’t buy from them much.
It’s good to have a couple or few dealers that you like. Each of mine has their strengths and deals - so the money flows to a couple of dealers for me, including APMEX.
I started the year with 5 eagles. It’s a start!

I believe silver Maples were a good plan B but with better prices in Eagles - it’s back to Plan A. 👍🇺🇸🇨🇦

Oddly enough I ran across an old mailing advertisement for ASE’s from just 2019, buying price was still under $20. Sweet. Indeed brother I’m still buying the new ASE’s, but I’m starting to see random ASE’s at pretty close to the same price. I may have to take a chance!

A tube is filled one or two coins at a time. And once filled, then the next tube can be filled. One step at a time and it adds up! Keep up the good work.

I gave up on my pursuit of a full date run of ASE a few years back when the Mint failed me with the website from H E Double Hockey Sticks 😂 However, the 2024 might find it’s way into the stack at some point (likely in 2025 lol). Good idea to buy a new tube when you get close to full. Starter kit Noice. Good luck to those that enter.

The mint has dropped the ball a few times in past few years. I think the product subscription has helped. Collectors pre commit for coins and don’t have to fight the noon website crowd.

I use a similar strategy for staying motivated to fill tubes. I keep spare ASE, Britannia, Maple, Philharmonic, generic round and junk silver tubes on standby for immediate inspiration.

I've been buying silver eagles since 2017 when I began stacking. I bought a lot of silver in the $14-$17 spot range however, I don't quite have a monster box. 2 more tubes to go and since premiums are down, I'm hoping to complete the quest this year. Thank you for sharing with the community
I think you hit your eagle buying right! Todays prices might be a good place to get you to the monster box finish line. 🏁
Good video. I have purchased select slabbed ASEs in the past and am about to switch to a new goal of filling a mini monster box of ASEs (100 coins) by the end of the year.

I do the same thing with the empty tubes. I just buy one when the last one gets full, and then just add as I can. Truth be told I usually have a couple of tube running for different "flavors" (Eagles, Maples, and Roos).
That’s also a cool idea. I could use a Maple tube in progress to go along with eagles.
@@SilverHeist It helps me with being more consistent and puts structure around picking up other forms of bullion when there's a deal on them but not one whatever form the "primary" tube is in.
I have ordered a few 2024's but do need a tube to put them in. And a ASE would be nice too.
A tube is a nice addition to the stack. It helps keep the stack organized and track progress.
