My mum had my brother who was 11 pounds. It was vaginal birth, she moved a lot and thats the key for easy birth. Laziness during pregnancy gets you nowhere!
I been, watching your video's since I was pregnant. I give birth to my baby boy 2 weeks ago. And I had VBAC after 11 years. I was schedule for c section. My dr support vbac but I feel like she didn't support at all. So when I went to labor I was, dilate 5cm. One of the nurse told me listen they just wana do c section so tell them no because you can have natural birth. Don't let them. And I didn't let them. I dilated 10cm and give birth to my boy weight 7lbs 80z length 21inches. I'm so happy I choose natural birth then c section. And I want to thank you becuase you had teach me so much more then my own dr..
Great job! The first natural birth is always overwhelming and I love that you were willing to try despite the lack of support from your doctor. Proud of your nurse for respecting and supporting your wishes.
RA A I had a C section 3 months ago and I wish that this video existed before I had a C section. My doctors and nurses literally forced me to have a C section. I was telling them that I don’t want to have a C section and that I want to go home and deal with my pain at home so they refused to let me out of the hospital. I felt the pressure and I asked them why do I need a C section and they couldn’t give me any clear explanation other than that my daughter was a having a heart problems and her weight was dropping below the average babies which was a big lie because she came out perfectly healthy baby girl I will never forget the experience plus I got the flu while I was at the hospital I had my flu shot at my 36 week appointment.
Thanks for this I hope I can have a normal Delivery too. My 1st baby I had C-section my weight almost doubled. Had 3 miscarriages after and now pregnant with my 5th and I'm on 21 weeks. I hope I could have a normal delivery this time.
@@qaaliquruxmedia heart problems or drop in heart rate I think is actually a legitimate reason for a C section if the vaginal birth isn't progressing quickly as that indicates stress on the baby and possible complications if you are to wait to deliver vaginally. I'm against C sections, but they have their time and place. And you can walk out of the hospital really, you cannot be held at the hospital against your will unless youre deemed mentally incapable of making that sort of decision or you pose a threat to yourself or others or of course you're a minor. I wouldn't recommend walking out of the hospital though, I would trust the doctors opinion so long as they can explain themselves.
I’m at that point where I’m going to drop my provider. The last straw was when they said I have gestational diabetes and I got two other opinions to find out I don’t.
@@prpatel04 i am exactly the same and i transferred doctor at 25 w because of that. First Dr. forced me to see an endocrinologist, second and third doctors don‘t agree with what the first dr said.
Lol I was 11 pounds… hahaha i thought that was normal. Apparently I was ‘massive’ 😂 also my husband was 10 pounds. I’m scared. But I am still pretty big so hopefully it’s all good haha
I am 39 weeks. Keeping this video in the back of my mind because my hospital seems to lean towards rushing the process rather than letting things transpire how they naturally would.
First time mum due in 7 weeks. I can honestly say watching your videos has helped me feel more prepared for what could happen during labour and delivery. Thank you for your wonderful videos 💙👶🏻💙
My husband and I arent even pregnant yet (believing in our miracle baby soon) but everything you're saying I'm like yasssss I love everything you're saying and your personality! So informative!!!
You just never know how your body will progress with labor! With both of my labors (2015, 2019), my water broke very early on so I was in the hospital for hours, but labor was pretty slow and manageable up until the last couple hours. I was barely dilated with both (2-3cm?), but in the last 1-2 hours, I progressed to 10cm. Good luck expecting mamas!
I was a full term, uncomplicated first pregnancy, but my fluid was at a 2 so I was sent to be induced. Wasn’t progressing so they broke my water and I had a c section. The baby’s head and shoulder were stuck low and he was face up. In getting him out an artery was ruptured. Went back into surgery and had a blood transfusion and was transferred to a larger hospital. I am grateful that I’m here and even more grateful that he’s here. He was 6lbs 7 oz.
Csection is literally my worst fear. My doctor started mentioning a csection after an hour of pushing with my first. I wound up pushing for 2 hours and felt like a failure for years because of it. I was so freaked out about the csection that I couldn't even focus on pushing. So glad I have so much more information going in this time
Hi i just gave birth to a healthy cute little boy 3 days ago with normal delivery without an epidural. Thank you so much for your videos! It helps me prep my knowledge and expectations on my delivery and it made the whole process a little bit easier for me. I watched your videos about dilation, induce labor, epidural, etc.. Keep it up and God bless! :)
@@sarahlavonne We just came home from the hospital. By the way, i got induced as I am already 40weeks and getting impatient to wait. Luckily the medicines have worked fast and i'm only in labor for 7hrs. During the whole process, i was conceptualizing everything I learned from your videos. lol Thank you so much again! :) Watching from Abu dhabi
Honestly I'm only 15 but I think that pregnancy and birth is so beautiful, and I can not wait to have my own one day, and watching your videos open my mind so much about birth and I just enjoy your videos so much❤️
Maybe the thought gets changed when you go through labor. Birth is indeed beautiful and a blessing which only lucky people have that chance.. but labour pains are quite a different subject. 😅
I love that you started with (managing your weight); it makes me as a pregnant mama feel in control of my birth plan.. that I have means to avoid a C - section
I recently found your channel and I wish I found it earlier! I’m a first time mom about to give birth (39 weeks in 3 days) and I just LOVE watching your videos and learning more about how to have a positive birth experience! My husband and I have taken a prenatal class at 37 weeks and really thought it was very useful! Your videos are also very helpful and I love how passionate you are in what you do and preach! Keep the great videos coming and thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with us!
So glad I found you... I'm almost 26 weeks with my first and I'm really scared about giving birth! One thing for sure, I want to avoid C-section... I'm having a real nice pregnancy so far, my only concern was about my baby's weight, he's big! It gave me so much peace to see this....thanks a lot
I dig your realism. Thank you for sharing this! I'm 29 weeks with my first child and am so glad to have found this information. Knowledge is indeed power!
Why 200+ dislikes? She is 100% accurate. The reason I had a homebirth (which eventually I'd never regret) is that these things are not always happening in hospitals.
I think it’s fantastic that you are such an advocate for natural birth! But for anyone that is worried if they do end up with a c section they really aren’t all that bad! I had one due to my health reasons and it was fantastic I got up by myself that evening and was allowed to go home the next afternoon! Healed up really well and I only took paracetamol which is shocking as I have no pain threshold 😂 maybe I just got very lucky but now I wish I hadn’t wasted my energy being so scared. I was so disappointed in myself at first but now I feel like it was perfect. Don’t sweat it mamas you got this!
This is one of the most informative videos I’ve seen yet. Thank you so much especially since I have struggled so much in finding a Doula. I’ve looked into five with no luck and can’t seem to find more and I’m due any minute at this point.
You are my favorite person! 36 weeks with baby number 6- 5/6 vaginal non medicated- hopefully number 6 also 🙂birth with out fear- trust your body. Love your videos sooo much. Thanks I share them with every expectant mama.
Congratulations on such a blessed family. Ours is growing and the negative comments are too common (latest was, "You're crazy"). Mine were also natural and the babies have all had Apgars of 9 or 10. I have Hubby, Sister, and great nurses to thank for getting me through labors.
33 years old 4th baby.. vaginal deliveries all prior 3 babies. Very thankful. Due in Jan 2025, 3months to go so hoping I can continue vaginal delivery because this last one has me lazy which is totally opposite than other 3 which kept me active, but I am eating super healthy. 🤞🏾😂 thank u Sarah for your VIDEOS!!❤❤
I'm so glad I found this video because I've been recently told by my doctor that my baby is big. I'm 32 weeks and baby is 4lbs 4ounces and they want to offer C-section, but my first son was born natural so I want to have a natural birth again.
Told my baby girl big too lol she was 5.1lbs @32wk u/s! I'm having another growth scan next week. In 72 percentile, I'm 36wks and my doc hasn't said anything about c section only that i have option to induce @ 39wks.
I really enjoyed this video. I'm 31 weeks with baby #6. I've never had a cesarean before but I know it's a possibility. Alot of points you made actually reminded me of my sister in law. With her first she pushed for 3hrs and delivered her 9lb 3oz daughter vaginally without tearing or an episiotomy. Then with her second she also pushed for 3 hours and delivered a 9lb 2oz baby boy vaginally without tearing or an episiotomy. It may take a while to get a larger baby out but it can happen. I hate when I hear stories of women being pushed into unnecessary cesareans
First time mom here! I’m 38+3...I absolutely love your videos! Very informative...I absolutely love your personality! You are so passionate and caring! I pray I don’t have to have a c-section.
Sarah I love you so hard! I am almost 34 weeks and I have been watching your videos since the beginning... thank you so much for all the knowledge you are spreading, you wise creature!!!
This is amazing! Thinking about how advocate for myself is really difficult and this was so empowering to know what questions to ask and when to push back. Thank you!
I’m kind of upset I didn’t have this information sooner.. I had my first baby in 2014 and didn’t dilate past 6 centimeters and was put in for a c section but I also wasn’t given a birthing ball or anything to help I was just lying in the hospital bed. Now I am 4 months pregnant with baby number 2 and praying for a successful v-back in June 2020 almost 6 years later and this will be very useful thank you so much!
I'm 34 weeks and I've never been as scared of anything as I am of labor & delivery. And that's really saying something because I've been through some seriously scary things. I think I know why, but I have even more fear about this than most first time moms, like, significantly more. I'm just praying everything goes as smoothly as possible. 😨😨😨
it's going to be ok! Take a class and hire a doula and make sure your care team knows how scared you are. I pray you will be so surprised by how amazing it is.
How did it go? I am terrified. And honestly believe no one has the lowest pain tolerance than me. I also have been through some insane stuff but giving birth terrifies me like nothing else in life. Due in 9 weeks. 🤞🏿🤞🏿
Thanks for this video. Must mention that if you test positive for gerd bacteria and your water has broken, you have about 24 hours to deliver. If you are not dilating, you will end up with a uterine infection which causes risk to the baby. So, you don’t always have all the time in the world to wait for 6 cm cervical dilation. I say this from experience. I have had a c section and am doing my best to have a vbac in a few months. Overall - great video...thank you for taking the time to educate us.
Awesome video! Thank you. So pathetic that we have to advocate for this stuff and can't rely on our medical teams to provide this simple, common-sense advice. Also, you are adorable--wish I were in LA.
I did everything she suggested and ended up needing a c section then infected scar then mastitis finally a hyperthyroidism related to pregnancy and now after six month I’m pregnant again pray for me ya all
i gained the recommended weight gain for my BMI pre-pregnancy already so im just trying my best to stay at this weight level, now that I have 10more weeks to go!
I wish I’d found you when I was pregnant but this video was still so interesting to me. I did not have a c-section but a friend of mine recently did because her baby was “big” (9 lb 6 ozs) and her dr kind of scared her into it by telling her the baby had a 25% chance of getting stuck and they would have to push him back in and then do the c-section. My doctor, on the other hand, was ALL about avoiding a c-section and I was able to have a vaginal delivery with a 9 lb 3 oz baby. I am so glad, after watching this, that my doctor was actually my biggest advocate for avoiding a c-section and actually hadn’t even mentioned that my daughter was on the bigger side so I didn’t really have any worries at all about that while I was in labor.
I like Sarah and watch a lot of her videos which I'm thankful for, very informative. I gotta admit there's something about this video though! I watched and watched and realized that she does not blink almost at all throughout the video. I understand that it's edited, but during the clips that she talks, she really doesn't blink! Now I'll go back to watching the rest of the video :)
This was so helpful. I saved it straight away. I am expecting in December. I was told I could have a vaginal birth following a myomectomy. I haven't really been given much direction and have been keeping active with walks and yoga. I have an antenatal class this weekend but this made it so clear in my mind.
Wish I watched this for my baby born in March! He was my first, I pushed for 4.5 hours, was being prepped for a c-section but I wanted to keep trying because I never prepared myself mentally for a C-Cection, big mistake! Luckily, we tried a suction cup last second and it worked! I was so greatful! 💙

At 35weeks 5 days I took a scan that saidy baby is 3.5kg and I'm now at 39 weeks I was getting scared but with this your video I will keep trust in God and also in my body I had two normal delivery in the past . God bless you
My first pregnancy I gained 50 lbs even while really active, but everything else I did pretty much even though I’m just now seeing this video. Thankfully had a doula because the doctors and nurses had no patience with me when my dilation was slow and they tried to induce me with pitocin before I was even at 4 cm. I ended up letting them break my water but they said they’d give me 12 hours to deliver or else I’d have a c-section, and now I’m seeing from your videos that it’s safe even 18-24 hours later. Thankfully I didn’t need a c-section, but that experience made me want to avoid hospitals and go with a midwife at a birth center. This pregnancy I’ve already gained more than recommended and I’m 37 years old and my obgyn started scaring me about a “big baby” but I have no gestational diabetes or high blood pressure. My midwife I switched to had no concerns about the baby’s size or my age.
My dr is telling me I’m perfectly healthy with no complications in my pregnancy, but because my baby is big (7lbs at 36 weeks) he was trying to talk me into induction at 39 weeks. He did make me nervous and I considered it but ultimately got over my fear by so many women delivering even larger babies. I’ll be 39 weeks in 2 days and trying natural ways to move my baby down faster thanks to you!
@@manlikonyak3025 thanks for asking! I’m 39 weeks + 2 today and at my checkup yesterday baby’s head is more in line with my cervix. I’m about 1.5cm dilated and 50% effaced. His due date is this Monday so I’m hoping he comes by then! If not we will try stripping membranes on Tuesday and if he’s still not here by Thursday we will do an induction
2 out of my 4 babies were born breech safely and relatively easily vaginally at home with a trained midwife. Breech is a variation of normal, babies are born in the position that is best for them ♡
Thanks to this beautiful lady and her tips in this video I successfully had a natural unmedicated birth. I am so happy that I found this channel and I love her videos.
I had a C-section with my last child, and my OBGYN told me that I'd HAD to have another one now that I'm pregnant again. She scared me by telling me that I was at risk for uterine rupture, and I couldn't sleep for days. I kept picturing my baby moving inside, and every time I thought I was about to bleed to death. I was terrified. I was so overwhelmed with fear, that I was seriously considering an abortion. Doctors need to stop forcing C-sections just to avoid overlapping patients. My last C-section was performed by a doctor who ran out of the delivery room BEFORE he stitched me up. He left an INTERN there to finish his job. People have trust issues with doctors for this very reason. Most, if not all of them seem to get into the field just for the paycheck. I haven't found a decent one yet.
Don't let fear into your mind, speak possitive things to yourself, lay your hands on your baby and declar what you want. The last thing a pregnant mummy needs to have is fear! Be possitive and let nothing take that from you
Uterine rupture is so extremely unlikely. Stick to your guns and go for a VBAC. These doctors don't look at the statistics. I've done so much research because I'm doing VBAC and don't have the support of my current prenatal care provider. They want to cover their own butt and not give you a trial of labor. It isn't whats best for you or baby. Don't let anyone tell you to do something you don't want to. Get a doula or find support online and change providers.
Just had my 5th baby boy!! Birth was so wonderful and positive first home birth all were vaginal non medicated. I loved watching your videos during my pregnancy.
Congrats!💓 You are lucky im pregnant with baby #5 i have to take a blood thinner daily to prevent blood clots so there's no way i would have that option to deliver him at home, in fact im nervous enough delivering at the hospital 😅
That’s exactly what happened with me with my first born. I had little support and the doctor scared me literally into a c-section. She told me baby was big and If he got stuck they would have to break his shoulder and that could cause brain damage. Not the way I wanted my welcoming into motherhood to go. Wish I watched a video like this 2 and a half years ago! Now pregnant with my second and now I know what to expect!
I wish I had seen this video before I went into labor. I live in Egypt and they rushed me into a c section as a first time mom. I’m so broken over how everything went. I am however grateful for my baby and her health but recovery was so hard and I’m still depressed almost 3mos pp
@@twobluebutterflies i was actually not given a reason. Although there was nothing wrong with me or my baby she said, “ we have to do a c section to see why the baby isn’t coming down” my daughter was born with her head cone shaped as if she was born vaginally. That tells me that she was very much so in my pelvis and at my cervix but dr didn’t want to wait. 2 years later I’m still bitter.
@@TheBlackHijabi91 I'm so sorry for you. I'm Egyptian but live in the UK. I had my c section 2 weeks ago with my 3rd baby and honestly I just can't come to terms with it. I wish I would have gone on abit longer, been given abit more time. I hope we'll be able to fully heal from this xx
Thank you!! I am a FTM 39 weeks and I am trying to have the most natural- intervention free birth at a hospital. It's very scary that our c section rate is so high in the US. :( I think it's key to inform ourselves. My mom had 3 c-sections pushed on her for no other reason than the doctor didn't think she could have a baby vaginally. In hindsight she thinks he just wanted to schedule her and get her out of the way. She said she wished she would have armed herself better. Thank you for this video!!
My first pregnancy I gained like 60 pounds eating junk I was a teen. I had fast delivery about 3 pushes baby was out. My baby was healthy I breast feed and the weight melted off with out me trying. We are all different wish everyone luck! I’m on my 2nd now!
The first childbirth class that is currently not cancelled at my hospital is 1 week after my due date 😅😂😭 Thank God for all the youtube nurses! Thank you for these videos!
I gained 55lbs with my first pregnancy despite daily exercise and balanced nutritious diet. Thankfully, my midwife was so kind and said that some women just gain more weight and that I was at a normal pace and because of my lifestyle she wasn’t worried. I had a beautiful water birth at a birth center and lost almost 20lbs after delivery and my baby was only 6lbs 2oz 😅
I’m literally getting induced Friday! This is my 2nd pregnancy and I’m so scared I’ll end up having a c section even through my first was a vaginal delivery. But I feel like this definitely helped me feel so confident. Thank you! ❤️
Why are you scared of a c section? It's actualy very simple and straightforward. I went for an induction after a perfect pregnancy and while I was sitting there (literally nothing had happend I was waiting for sombody to canulate me) I was on the monitor and had been for over an hour. Suddenly her heart rate droped, they broke my water (through a closed cirvix ouch! ) it was clear at first but near the end went brownish as she had been so distressed she pooed. But by that time i was already been rushed into surgery, she came out blue, limp, not breathing as the cord had been very tight around her neck. Haveing a c section saved her life and it was super easy and quick. Now I still agree that a vaginal birth is the goal, but if you need one then you need one and they arnt as Scarey as they sound. 😊
First time mom here! I'm being induced at 39 weeks.. which is tomorrow!! Lol I dont know what I'm gonna do when I'm not pregnant anymore, I love your videos! Keep up the amazing work!
Yeah I really had to fight for certain things while in labor and it takes a lot out of you. My doula ended up coming and helping a lot, I couldn’t have done it without her. For example when I went back and forth about not wanting pitocin, she had my back on it and was able to calm things down. The doctor really was taking it personally that I refused induction when nothing was wrong with the baby and I wasn’t overdue and was already dilating, albeit slowly.
Must say.your informations are super usefull.i'm 37weeks pregnant this is my 3rd pregnanci.and had 2vagainal birth hoping for the 3rd vagainal birth.love you
Thank you so much for putting the weight gain recommendations in your description. My dr had told me with my first she wasnt be to gain 35-45. I gained 32lbs (not including the 20lbs I lost and gained back) Then with my second she wasnt so concerned but I only gained 6lbs 4oz (and my baby weighed more than that). This time I've gained about 22lbs, the bulk of that in the first 18wks and only gained about 2lbs from 18-29
Miss B. I heard that babies come quicker without drugs and epidural slows labor down is that true? taking it you had an epidural the second time. I’m due in 9 weeks, I wanna do it naturally but I’m having twins so I’m nervous about it.
Natural Glam93 I’m not sure love. Both of my labors were long. My baby with an epidural was shorter labor than my first natural baby. I pushed for hours with him, and less than 10 minutes with my son that I had the epidural with. I think varies from woman to woman.
Natural Glam93 it’s going to be okay. You should do what makes you comfortable and happy. The pain is real, but it’s all worth it. Congratulations on your baby. I’m going to be a grandma and I am so excited.
I’ve had a vaginal delivery and a c section.... I almost died after my vaginal delivery, I hemorrhaged severely. I was deathly afraid of giving birth the second time. I ended up needing a c section the second time due to shoulder dystocia. My c section went perfectly! I had zero issues during and after. It was such a great experience compared to vaginal delivery.
I’m close to 42 weeks and getting induced on August 14th 😭 I’m so scared this is my first baby and I really don’t want a c section. 😩 I’m typing this while having contractions but can’t even go to the hospital because there going to send me back home since I’m only 3 cm dilated 🙄 I wish I seen this video sooner bc I gained 50 pounds with this pregnancy 😂 I’m currently 190lbs. Hopefully everything goes well 😩
3yrs later and I see I was I was here for my first son. This time GBS negative. Videos still so helpful. I’ll be 42 weeks this Saturday 😬😬😬 I’m with midwives this time trying to let my body work naturally. Do have a scheduled induction on Sunday. My babies just get too comfortable!!
Sometimes they do recommend c-section way to quickly to be over with. I noticed that with both my pregnancy. And I kept insisting that I would wait. That honestly helped me alot avoiding c-section thank God. Definitely wait if you could, unless otherwise. Don't let them rushed you.
Not about to have kids any time soon here but loooove watching these, it's so detailed (and scary) but rather prepare now than later when I'm in the labour room lol!🤣👏👏💓💓
When my mom was pregnant with me I was breached and her doctor said don’t worry I will try my best to manually put her head down and he did, my mom said it took her breath away but she ended up having a vaginal birth bcus of him. I’m pregnant now and that same doctor that delivered me when my mom was pregnant will now deliver my baby 24 years later 🙏🏼🤰🏻

Im so glad my husband is a nurse. Hes been the most supportive, absolutely involved, not afraid or grossed out. Its been absolutely lovley having him throughout this pregnancy.
I watch your videos during my first pregnancy and my labour was only 4 hours! It really helps alot. Im pregnant again. Hoping it would go smoothly like my first!
1. Control your weight as much as you can (exercise, only 300 calories extra you need, Watch your types of calories)
2. Have continuous labour support
3. Labour at home-wait to go to hospital
4. Move around-change position frequently
5. Induce at 41 weeks
6. Intermittent monitoring instead of continuous monitoring
7. Ask for more time-wait
8. Give some pushback if you are not 6cm dilated
9. Push your
little heart out-don’t hold back
10. Have the convo with the doctor
Knowledge is power
Bonus
11. Ask about & purse an external cepalic
version
12. Find a provider that deliver vaginal twins
13. Trust your body - let go
Thanks so much!
Thank you. Didn't want to watch the whole 20 minute video for nothing. And by reading the 14 things she said I know I would have wasted my time.
Thank you!!
This is helpful
I was going through whole comment section just to find this. thanks.
How long was labor
No woman should ever have to fight with their provider for evidence-based care 💔
No most times we need to. I most had c-section if i dont advocate for myself. Thank God i stood up for myself
I’m at that point where I’m going to drop my provider. The last straw was when they said I have gestational diabetes and I got two other opinions to find out I don’t.
True
@@prpatel04 i am exactly the same and i transferred doctor at 25 w because of that. First Dr. forced me to see an endocrinologist, second and third doctors don‘t agree with what the first dr said.
Lol I was 11 pounds… hahaha i thought that was normal. Apparently I was ‘massive’ 😂 also my husband was 10 pounds. I’m scared. But I am still pretty big so hopefully it’s all good haha
6 weeks pregnant with my first, I've always been anxious about pregnancy so your videos have been SOOO helpful
Congrats!
I am 39 weeks. Keeping this video in the back of my mind because my hospital seems to lean towards rushing the process rather than letting things transpire how they naturally would.
It's never too late to find a supportive provider
They wanna make that money!
I would change hospitals or give birth at home.

I need u in the room when i deliver.. Seriously
Yeah can I just have her please 😂
Have you had the baby yet? How did it go?? X
I know right! I feel like I’ll be watching her videos the whole time to improvise lol
Same. Im due in April 🙈
@@stupidlyhopeful me too. Hurrah April babies❣
Csection is literally my worst fear. My doctor started mentioning a csection after an hour of pushing with my first. I wound up pushing for 2 hours and felt like a failure for years because of it. I was so freaked out about the csection that I couldn't even focus on pushing. So glad I have so much more information going in this time
I avoided one just last week with my first pregnancy at the age of 35.
All thanks to this channel.
Caroline Baldevia Awwwwww congrats momma!!! Thank YOU for watching!
Honestly I'm only 15 but I think that pregnancy and birth is so beautiful, and I can not wait to have my own one day, and watching your videos open my mind so much about birth and I just enjoy your videos so much❤️
Some day!! 🤗🤗🤗 thanks for watching it IS beautiful!
Beautiful u say! Yaa, right
Maybe the thought gets changed when you go through labor. Birth is indeed beautiful and a blessing which only lucky people have that chance.. but labour pains are quite a different subject. 😅
They did that for me with the monitors and it helped me avoid c section...I didn't want that..my baby came out on my 2nd push....less than 2 minutes🤛👐
Ariane Cyrus damn your strong ❤️💪🏾
I tap in it 🙏🏼
I love that you started with (managing your weight); it makes me as a pregnant mama feel in control of my birth plan.. that I have means to avoid a C - section
The ONLY video that actually even mentions to try laboring at home!! This is the greatest information and I will pass it along!!(: ♥️🙏👼✨😭
I'm relieved watching you.
C section have become a norm in most hospitals in Ghana.
The knowledge i get from your videos 🙌🏻🙏🏻
You're the best and a pro! #6 will be just as perfect! xoxo
I am terrified of c sections!!! Just the thought of being awake during a major surgery just freaks me out!!!
Due in 16th April, 2021.First time mummy here.I hope and pray for the best
I feel like not enough people know about these things. The information is definitely there though. Amazing video, great advice!! 👏
This is more helpful than you'll ever know. Knowledge really is power. Thank you, Sarah.
Cervix dilates naturally when you eat dates in your last 4 weeks..daily. hugeeee difference with a smooth delivery.
Dates??
@@MrsBryant1024 yes dates, the fruit. Infact its great during the whole pregnancy but especially best for the last month.
Yup. You're right. It's an eastern remedy.
Thank you. Might order some now!
I saw this posted somewhere recently!
This video taught me sooo much. I love how you teach women to be an advocate for themselves.❤
I've never watched one of your videos, this is my first I've seen, and LOVED IT!!! You are so spot on. You give great advice to new moms!
The way you educate is so entertaining! I had my 🌈 baby in February and yet here I am still watching lol.

This was so helpful. I saved it straight away. I am expecting in December. I was told I could have a vaginal birth following a myomectomy. I haven't really been given much direction and have been keeping active with walks and yoga. I have an antenatal class this weekend but this made it so clear in my mind.
Due in 7 weeks with my first. Your videos are actually so so helpful !! Thanks girl ❤️
Mee to!

Im 39+5 and all ive been doing is watching all your videos they are soo good thank you so much for the info 😚💗
Congrats! Im 39 and 6 days today! Good luck! 😊

Thanks for this video. I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my first child. I have no idea what to expect
Hi dear....how is going with you???
Would love to hear your tips and experience!
Thank you for this video. I'm a first time pregnant mama, I really don't want to have a c-section
Typical Egyptian doctors approach.. why did they rush you ? Is it because your pelvis is too small (as usually claimed) 🤣
How was your experience hun? Im a first time momma due September 6th! Hope you had an amazing experience. Congrats!
I’m glad you included #5 because I was literally JUST wondering why they induce labor.
Thank you! ❤️
Nah girl you got this!! Your body has done it before it will do it again!!
GOOD LUCK!
Good luck! I was induced with my first and it went perfectly! Have to be induced again this time
Why are you getting induced in general?
39 tomorrow as well, all the best
Thank you so much for this video! I feel so much more confident & in control! Btw you are hilarious & I absolutely love your energy💓
This sounds like a lot of talking to your doctor while you're in labour. Some doctors are so unpleasant and think they know everything.
Must say.your informations are super usefull.i'm 37weeks pregnant this is my 3rd pregnanci.and had 2vagainal birth hoping for the 3rd vagainal birth.love you
I just found you! Wish it would’ve been sooner but I’m on baby number three and definitely need a refresher! Thanks for all the info
This time I've gained about 22lbs, the bulk of that in the first 18wks and only gained about 2lbs from 18-29
My baby was 10 pounds and I pushed two hours. All natural, no drugs, no epidural. Believe I had an epidural the second time around.

Hopefully everything goes well 😩
How did it go?
How did it go 😳
you explain everything so well! thanks for giving such helpful tips
you are amazing! Glad I found your channel, I am not pregnant but learning a lot ahead of time, doesn't hurt :D
Imagine waiting to push when you're getting contractions every 1-2 mins 😂
Sometimes they do recommend c-section way to quickly to be over with. I noticed that with both my pregnancy. And I kept insisting that I would wait. That honestly helped me alot avoiding c-section thank God. Definitely wait if you could, unless otherwise. Don't let them rushed you.
Not about to have kids any time soon here but loooove watching these, it's so detailed (and scary) but rather prepare now than later when I'm in the labour room lol!🤣👏👏💓💓
