@@blklatinlover you could argue human reasoning and deduction is better than that of any robot and the technological augmentation of our abilities to be combined with our intelligence is better than simply only using technology. Also, a solider that can fly and do all the things a normal solider can do is probably better than a normal solider.
This guy is a fool to be strapped in this equipment...AND he is a hero. People like him make technology take giant steps because he believes in what he is doing.
I think we need the jets on his feet and him wearing a rigid suit with all flight surfaces and thrust vectoring controlled by gyro system for stability. Relying on human arms to keep the turbines pointed at the right angles seems insanely dangerous. Fun video to watch nonetheless!
I was thinking exactly the same thing. Arms will get tired no matter how strong one his in short order, plus with arms both utilized the use of hands and fingers for important control navigation and weapons are ruled out !
He once told that he had to do a insane workout, to the pint he could do the human flag, to handle the arm thrusters. As well as that it becomes increasingly difficult to steer as his arms tire.

makes you wonder doesn't it.......don't forget that he got a huge grant in funding from the EU's and the US military. so they definitely got plans for him and his creation.

This is about the dumbest idea to do to decapitate yourself. If you remember a show that I can't that had a remote flown mini stovl turbine engine that turned on a dime in a flight test, make use of it. Cause this is just dumb.
Good
Big Wow
Best of luck

4:27 did he say 1000 horsepower?
This is the future we need!
so the future is wasting massive ammounts of fuel for lifting up one men?

Cool cat
I can see the military being all over this. Talk about a " Universal Soldier ". It kind of sends shivers up my spine.
Not even remotely combat practical
@@ReynardFuchsmann Maybe not yet. But one day it will be.
What could the military want with that. They have drones that can do that and more plus no human life lost with drones. Totally worthless
@@blklatinlover Maybe it is worthless. But I can see robots patrolling in these outfits. Weaponry can be done through the visors.

Its all fun and games until something get sucked into one of the engines and blows his arm off.
isnt this gravity industries

Impressive - however, at a very rough guess I'd think he is using potentially around $20,000 worth of engines to achieve that!
It has 5 turbines: 4x P-300 Pro and 1x550 Pro. Made by Jetcat
is it 4x p220 or 4x p300?
1st RC Jet I never want to fly!!! Cool though!
Nicht schlecht, aber die Turbinen brauchen für 5min bestimmt 20 Liter Spritt 🤔
Great Arm Workout!
Super like 🤩👍
Well done

Iron man 2.0?
cool
What if his nose itches inflight?
You burn your eyebrows
what about a few loops and rolls.
Coooool👏👏👏👏👏
In the future, we will all have our own jet packs.
How much fuel was burned in video?
Ironman is on his way to reality.
..without the terrible one-liners. :)
What’s the thrust in lbs on his back turbine? I wanna build one lol
Scott Buck - In video description.
Awesome!
Definitely one of the funniest bad ideas of the last few years.

This is not true, stop spreading misinformation
No he did not, where did you learn that from?
What could go wrong?
Strap that on the back of my ebike for some boost LOL
Ironman?
Don't ever shake hands with that guy!
:)
Amazing
Yeah that's it because those engines are suck so much fuel that's all the flight time he can get.
Imagine those on an ultralight.

Cool video. But the absolute worst title of any video I have ever seen.
