Then she would cut all the breast meat into chicken tenders for me and my sister. We liked fries a lot as kids so my mom would also cut up potatoes and serve them on the side. It was soooo good!!!!

The dry seasoning doesn't penetrate the meat at all. It's purely for the surface flavour. Brining is why restaurant fried chicken usually tastes so much better than at home. Try it.
