- We love to talk about arch height, but what about toe strength? Super underrated for foot health, but plays a key role in the function of our 3 foot arches. You can passively improve your toes by wearing shoes that let them move, and also with intentional toe exercises.
Toe yoga is a good place to start, but I also like to add a resistance band for more strengthening. A simple rubber band can do the job, or you can get what I use here.
