When I was first married in the early "80s, Martha Stewart Living was my go to and watching Martha is how I learned how to make the perfect crust and not to be afraid to use flour (I always was afraid to use too much and make it tough) and how to roll it out. I have been a lifelong Martha fan!

Wow, I am copying down these favorites.......I do not see the basic pie crust recipe for the Coconut Cream Pie.......I wanted to copy it for this recipe (as well as other recipes where I need a good crust) ......I want to keep it as a basic, maybe I can find it elsewhere I guess...I love "Martha Stewart's recipes"....(Oh, I remember you calling this dough a word that sounds like "pop'~rah~zay".....still looking for that recipe on other sites of yours.....)
I have a game I play called Design Home and I will ask myself before submitting an interior design...."Would Martha approve?" 😁I will be doing the same for my baking from now on as well because I've never had very good baking skills before and I've had really good scores with this approach to the game.... Maybe I've stumbled on to something!? Try this with all my lifes endeavors!😂

🔹Tapioca instead of flour to thicken the peach juice has a nice clean taste and a gives a beautiful clear sheen to the filling
