Sister how can i find a suitable spouse? Feels like theres absolutely nobody out there.
Your men of your family are supposed to help you find a spouse. You're not supposed to be looking for a spouse yourself. Some women happen to find a guy, but it precludes often that they have to be open to chatting with different men. That can be a slippery slope. However, there are ways of course to keep conversations decent, but that's not the best way.
Psychology can help. In a prayerful state of reflection, I suggest you write a list of the least desirable characteristics in your future life partner, in a column. In the next column write the corresponding opposite quality for each entry. Then regard the second column as your wish list. Commend it prayerfully to Allah and ask that he give help in finding a suitable partner, Inshallah. These qualities should not only relate to you but also very importantly the kind of influences you want for future children with whom you might be blessed. Ask for Allah's help in securing a partner and children blessed with good physical, mental, moral and spiritual health and resilience, but be content with what Allah sends. It is often seemingly a lottery! Have a blessed life. 🙂
