Been using stairs at work instead of elevator which is sometimes 1300+ stairs daily. No more alcohol and trying to eat healthier such as no sugar and lots of protein. Sometimes do some curls with son’s weights- small steps!

I take the stairs at work because I'm so damn claustrophobic and can't stand elevators. An inventory showed I average over 600 steps a day but it never occurred to me how many I was doing. Only benefit to being claustrophobic I've ever found.

Chad I discovered your channel about a week ago and you’ve given me so much motivation. Im 51 and always mean to get myself fit then lose interest and go off the rails drinking and smoking. I’m now clean of that for almost two weeks and swapping out those destructive behaviours for long marches in the woods and body weight exercises. Increasing it by the day. Just want to say thanks brother, you’ve given me the kick up the arse I need. Big respect from London UK. 👊

Chad, sorry I’m leaving this unrelated comment on this video but I couldn’t find the video about Mr Ballen that you made a while back.
I just wanted you to know what an incredible person you are and how much respect I have for you for taking the stand you did with regard to John Allen. I just watched a video where John talked about how much hate he received from the seal community because of what they considered “self promotion “. The fact that you’re willing to put yourself out there and risk that same hate is the definition of courage and integrity. Nuff said.

This is great stuff. May I make a suggestion though, for those of us impaired by prior injuries or weight? Start doing these moves horizontal on a hard floor, maybe with a flattened pillow. Get the movements and the reps down on your back then transition to the hanging position. Promise - fifty of these on the floor is a goal for someone carrying weight or with prior breaks - but do-able.

TVA work needs to target front, side and rear core, like a corset. Bar work is great though as the full size man says you get your hanging in too, so crossover with pull-ups.
