What if there is no cmd on system32, couldnt it have been a hack, virus? I searched it everywhere. Also for some advice on the web, I only found couple of videos, but showing how to restore it in the windows, running powershell. Please bro, I am stuck here big time, have been trying it for sometime, some days couldn't even look at the laptop. I have a flash drive I can access comand but cant find it on folder or out of it. That is, a Windows 10 flash drive and Windows 10 on the laptop, or a Windows 11 flash drive and Windows 11 on the laptop?

To activate the administrator, try opening a command prompt by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Terminal. Then Enter the command: net user administrator /active:yes Enter

I did not have the password and when I contacted the store they shuffled me around alot till I got one of their IT techs that said they did not have a password to give out and I was on my own. This video did get me an account, yet it seems it still does not let me access everything I need to. Very frustrating since I do not run windows 11 on any other pc. About ready to format the hard drive and install windows 10 if I can.

I have bit locker turned on so I assume this is why I cannot find the windows folder in my C:? Any other idea how to recover from my bitlockered laptop?

You can ask a computer service for help, but I'm not sure that they will be able to solve your problem. My recommendations: 1. Apparently at one of the stages you did something wrong, and now you need to restart your computer, open cmd, enter “regedit” and go all the way from the beginning.

cmd not openig after reboot it goes to previous screen "windows setup"
Apparently at one of the stages you did something wrong, and now you need to restart your computer, open cmd, enter “regedit” and go all the way from the beginning.
Start over from the beginning and go back into troubleshoot and advanced options to get to command prompt.
