9 a.m. CUBAN BREAKFAST in Doral, Florida!! Croquetas, Empanadas & Pan con Bistec!!

There was no way my friends Jason and Candice could come to Miami without experiencing a local staple: Cuban food! So come with me as I take them to enjoy a traditional Cuban breakfast in Doral!
One of the best places in Miami to have Cuban food is Sergio’s, which has six locations around the area. They serve the longest croqueta in the world!

We went up to the ventanita and ordered four different coffees, two croquetas, two empanadas, a pastel de guayaba, a Venezuelan tequeño, a Colombian pandebono, and chicharron.
The chicharron was great with lime juice squeezed on top. It was meaty, juicy, and crispy! Next was the ham-and-cheese croqueta and the chorizo croqueta. They were golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside.
The tequeño is essentially a crispy, fried cheese stick. It’s crispy on the outside, with fluffy bread inside and lots of melted cheese.
Next were the cafecito and colada. They’re strong and sugary! They’re much easier to drink!
Next was the pandebono, which is a Colombian cheese bread similar to the Brazilian pão de queijo. It pairs perfectly with coffee and is crumbly, rich, and buttery.
The pastel de guayaba is flaky and buttery, with lots of delicious guava filling inside. We followed that with the empanada de carne molida (ground beef empanada) and the empanada de pollo (chicken empanada).
They were so flaky, flavorful, and packed with meaty filling. We also got an empanada de espinaca (spinach empanada), which was very fresh!
Inside, we met the cooks and watched them cook eggs, take the seeds out of green peppers, make steak sandwiches, tostones, maduro, French fries, and more.
Back at our table, we had a Cuban sandwich, pan con bistec (steak sandwich) with fritas, Abuela French toast made with Cuban bread, and tortilla (scrambled egg omelet with tomatoes on top).
The pan con bistec had the crunchy and buttery bread, crispy fritas, tomatoes, onions, and the thinly-cut steak. The tortilla omelet contained some sweet plantains, which was a nice surprise! They were a game changer!
The Cuban sandwich contained roasted pork, ham, pickles, mustard, and gruyere cheese. The pickle and mustard really make it, and the fact that it’s grilled makes it crispy.
The Abuela French toast came with guava syrup, bananas and nuts, and came topped with toasted coconut. It was super fluffy, and the toasted coconut made it super special. I loved the sweet guava syrup!

I've never seen such a varied and appetising spread of dishes for breakfast. Obviously, Cubans don't eat all of them every day, nevertheless it is a very grand feast.

The aesthetics of this video was much better. It was shot beautifully. Chandice no longer look like an uninvited friend just tagging along, now she had a roll and and now longer just in the background or not in frame. Jason is playing with the big boys now, and it takes time to grow and become professional at this level. He needs a mike, improvement on his commentary and his description of the food, also a facial expression that looks natural and fun but not goofy or forced when tasting the food. Chandice also need a mike and has to work on her commentary and description as well. Thanks. I am not here to sound mean but I want Jadon to get to the standard as David with hard work. They cap, that steak sandwich was dry asf, that omelette was ova cooked, the cuban was the only decent looking thing but I don’t do pork period
