Pallets - Took My CNC To A Whole New Level Of Production! Easily 30-50% Time Savings.

Design and implementation of a Pierson Workholding Pro Pallet system. Huge CNC Productivity increase and time savings. The Pallet is designed in Fusion 360, I show the CAM steps and then use the Tormach 1100MX to cut the pallet using a single point of origin. For this Pallet I am cutting the pockets and using the Mitee Bite MB-26060 clamps.
After creating the pallet, actually using it is a whole new set of learning. You have to create stock around your design to correctly join it to your pallet and align to your single point of origin. I also talk about the pattern feature to Pattern your CAM across the pallet.
Overall this pallet system is amazing and using a single point of origin and pallets significantly increases my CNC mill productivity. Also allows me to do other things in the shop during longer cycle times.
