Kai really sees bodybuilding as something deeper, really humble person.
One of my favorite scenes from the documentary. Shows the beauty and art of posing. I've come across people asking how hard it is to just flex. I'll just show them this next time.

Imagine this routine with prime Arnold. Props to Kai but he's not in his best shape. Slim down that waist and quads and he would be winning many Olympias. He is the new age bodybuilder because he's actually artistic unlike most competitors. He had good proportions in the last Olympia though.
