It's common knowledge that super star bodybuilders hit up some guest posing at competitions throughout the year. But Kai Greene has his very own kind of special guest posing. Not at a competition - but on the streets for free.
In this exclusive unreleased footage from Generation Iron, we follow Kai as he takes to the streets and puts on a show for everyone willing to watch in Kings County. Check it out above. - Спорт
That was so elegantly done and so theatrical. Kai conveyed a deep sense of existential sadness that gradually turned to pure joy at the end when the mask came off and his big smile came out.
That is what artists do, turn pain into joy. We are alchemists. I do it with music, & Kai with his muscles, certainly, but with the spirit of the man behind the muscles. I will tell you this--Kai turned his body _into music_ and if that ain't pure alchemy, I don't know what is. Most excellent⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do you know that kai lived away from his parents at really young age? He seems normal, but he has a very dark background, had anger issues young age. The day he die you'll be disgracing a man with passion and patience. He has smile on his face any time I see him on a video just like King Coleman.

This is what it means to be a bodybuilder. Lonely nights at the gym, eating the same repetitive meals for days, canceling meetups with friends, and obsessing over everything you put into your body. Not everyone can do it. People will look at you like you're crazy. They may even make fun of you for being so obsessed with your body. But they're the one's watching. You're the one living this. Work in silence and let your hard work speak volumes from the masterpiece you create for yourself that many could only dream of.
