# Tabla Notation

Note that it sometimes appears as if two left-hand sounds, Ke and Ghe, are being played simultaneously, which is physically not possible on the traditional tabla pair. This may have been achieved via overdubs in the studio or on a second baya, played by the right hand. However, a similar sound can be obtained by playing Dhe. These notes are marked with the "dhe*" bol.

Forgot to mention to check my video descriptions for the Soundslice sheet music link; every video has one.
Soundslice is the web application I use to transcribe the drums and audio-sync them to the track (it doesn't require an account to view published sheet music, like those I release). Once there, you can interactively play back the track, and it has helpful features like the ability to slow down the audio track, loop any number of beats or measures to focus on learning a specific section, play the drums through a MIDI sound library, view any sticking I may have added to complex parts, and save or print a PDF of the sheet music.
