- Built my first custom trailer to use on my TRX-4! It's obviously not the prettiest thing you'll see on the web but I tried haha. Hope you guys can use this video for guidance and ideas if you plan to build your own! Enjoy

The rest of the materials I used were parts from Home Depot including the wood, stain, aluminum frame, hinges, diamond aluminum sheet, axle, and brackets.

Just built one in 3 hours.. limited tools. Shears, drill and drill bits. Did not use any wood. Mesh screen looks great. Also made the axles pivot and connected springs to them. They sell these on Amazon for like 160 with suspension. If it takes you over 4 hours to make one I recommend saving your time and buying a nice one for 160 with lights and ramps and suspension. Some good ideas here for a basic trailer tho.
That’s impressive! In this video I didn’t have any experience so I was winging everything haha. But after some time figuring out how everything goes together, I was able to start a business with it. And I love it!
Its a lot more fun to build them. Plus if you have a bigger truck like a hammer rey or SBR its nice to make a traier that can fit it. The 150$ one barely fit a trx-4.

Thanks! I just used a rod end and a trailer hitch and a screw. Super simple and a budget friendly way to go:)
Did you have to bore out the wheels for the 1/4" threaded rod to go through it??
Yes. I just need to use a 1/4” drill bit and worked great!

Thanks for reaching out! I got the threaded rod from Home Depot. That’s where I got most of my supplies
Can you list the parts you used?
I used:
Aluminum frame
Wood planks from Home Depot(before wood was expensive lol)
L brackets for axle mounts
3/4” threaded rod for axles
Rod end for hitch.
