This is my second time watching & it never gets old. It’s very educational for newer stylist. I have used some of your tips like diagonal Seactions & getting those sideburns and baby hairs. Thank you for such a informative tutorial. It was very helpful on sectioning and placement. I’ll be sure to watch again!
This is an EXCELLENT tutorial for PROFESSIONALS!!!!! Who ever taught you was an excellent teacher. You used the developer correctly; this is key when keeping the integrity of the hair. We need more hairdressers like you in our world, as you elevate our profession. Thanks for making us look good. Best of luck to your new bundle of joy!!!!!!
Thank you so much!
Por qual razão não mostrou a frente???
This is the first balayage tutorial that I liked, very professional!!!
This is my favorite and best tutorial I’ve seen. Explaining everything and demo. Great job!!
I don’t usually comment on UA-cam videos but you did such a beautiful job on your clients hair, I just had to give you your props. Great job! It looks absolutely fantastic!
Simplismente divino👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Siiiiiii e bellissimo
I have seen so many tutorials on balayage hair dos, and honestly you have done the best job by far, 10/10- amazing. Job well done, thanks for sharing
Stunning nicest grey/silver hair I've ever seen... And that root blend is gorgeous makes the colour pop! Jealoussss
prolly one of the best hair tutorials i have seen very descriptive and informative thank you...
amazing job!!
Chelsea McClellan thanks so much for watching! I appreciate it!
yes I agree! one of the best for sure! very clear and easy to follow. Thanks again!
Amazing tutorial, now if you don't mind would you explain about that toner interms of mixing it with what volume developer
Nice video content! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you researched - Millawdon Goodbye Gray Trick (do a search on google)? It is a good one of a kind guide for learning how to reverse gray hair fast minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my BF got cool success with it.
Couldn't agree me
Best ash grey colour results i have ever seen in this entire youtube...Great work❤
I appreciate the attention to doing a pro job by getting the baby hair and the side burns. Beautiful work/talented & highly skilled, Great demo!!👍🏻👍🏻
Wooooowwww! I’m speechless, it was a stunning result, thanks for sharing the technique. I’ll put it in practice. One of the best tutorials I’ve ever seen, well explained. Just one question. What toner did you use?
Thank you so much for this tutorial, even thought you did not do this tutorial at a fancy salon you actually did a better tutorial than some outhere. Well explained, step by step, you made simple and easy to understand. Thank you sooo much again and good luck with your baby, blessings🤗🤗
Erendira Penaloza thanks so much! I was on maternity leave and decided to do this at home in the kitchen, I just can't get away from hair, I love hair!
I'll be posting a new video soon too :)
Well you do a fabulous job. Question for you. So, does the hair where you use 40v and 30v gets more porous than the hair where you use the 20v developer?
Erendira Penaloza nope! It's not, everything was pretty much timed, I started off with 20vol, 30vol then 40vol, so everything caught up perfectly, also used olaplex
Appreciate Video clip! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you researched - Millawdon Goodbye Gray Trick (probably on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for learning how to reverse gray hair fast minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy finally got cool results with it.
Thelashinghairstylist ,
Fab love it wot toners did u use💖
What a beautiful work of art! Thank you for helping me in my journey and you did an AMAZING Job!
I've found so far that those sitting in my chair do not realize, this isn't just crafted in 20 to 30 minutes. It's a timely task and a peaceful feeling when I have Clients who understand this and sit patiently without griping & asking "How much longer".
Thank you! Yes its definitely a process.
Best one I have seen... all these people claiming to be professional yet the hair comes out like trash, nothing like the client wanted. You are on Point!♥️
😍😍 Gorgeous!! I your tutorial was very thorough and your clients hair looks amazing!!
Gosh, judging from how thin the layer of each section you do, you are a really elaborate person. Thumbs up!
Yes! It’s so tedious but so worth it 😀
That’s what a good hairdresser does 😍😍
@@Thelashinghairstylist Hello this will be my first time doing my own hair at home
Your tutorial is easy to follow up until the end of the foil part.
How long does the foil stay in for?
Also what is the product you add in after the foil is off? (For like 2 minutes it stays in right?)
Also when do these products come into play? Lanza translucent
Lanza Demi
Olaplex
And how long does the toner stay in for?
@@ameynguyen7698 I hope someone responded to you dear..? If not let me know . However your starting off very good using OLAPLEX
@@IcY4_20 thank you so much!
If you can help me with those questions I’d really appreciate it
I’m a hairstylist you and your work is amazing, thank you for sharing your technique and tips
Rubalicious Crystal Geometry no prob! I’m glad to help! 😀
Rubalicious Crystal Geometry kigtfrdeswam
How much would this cost in a salon?
Me too ladies!
@@jolenemckenzie2106 Depending on how dark your hair is, how much colour build up you have and how good or bad the condition of your hair is, you may need to do this part in up to 3 visits. is around $200 per application and can take 1 - 2 hours per application. Remember you may need 3 of these. Can be very expensive just depending on what hair dying hair you wanted to do
I’ve actually used your method of sectioning and it works very well for me. Thank you sooooooooo much ❤️
You’re so awesome! Informative, to the point with beautiful results! Thank you for the tutorials!
So helpful! I am a hairdresser myself and always struggle getting that perfect silver/grey x
You are absolutely adorable pregnant! Congratulations by the way!! I am a professional hair artist as well and your work on her is gorgeous! I actually am wanting this look for my hair ! Beautiful!!! Have a great day 🌞!!
Simply the best hair coloring tutorial video out there, plus the most stunning colors!!! Thank you for all the details, as a non-stylist, I learned some great application methods, the diagnols was my big takeaway!!! 👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🏆🏆🏆🏆✨✨✨✨✨
I love love your work. Absolutely brilliant!!After babylights when you sho bleach wash, is her hair just rinsed or shampooed?
This is totally beautiful and I love it!!! It actually looks so natural an this is what I want!!!

Beautiful I love it and this is a really easy video to understand. I think this is the best video I’ve seen. Other videos they don’t reveal the formula they use, but you did thank you so much!

Thank you so much for this..I feel I just lost 50lbs if anxiety..I have a similar client coming in, wanting more gunmetal/silverish but she has 6 month level 4 root grow out and wahed out color over balayage which is like orangy..but your technique is on point...thank you, thankyou, thankyou..love seeing stylists sharing to help other stylists❤
Kelly Crowe how did it turn out?!
@@xoxviolencexox7663 not like this but after 2 days it came out beautiful..had to go in a different direction
I have a client coming in next week and this tutorial has been very helpful. Hard to find GOOD mushroom brown hair tutorials on UA-cam
Gorgeous!!! I love the colour.
Alvin Moy thanks!!
Amazing tutorial hands down! Thank you for the tip on sectioning!
Thank you so much for sharing. Your technique is so simple yet so much effort put in. This gives me confidence to try it on my little cousins hair 😍
I had no faith but damn at the end you made me a believer
Looks good girl. It was cool how you explained the foiling and developer for each section.
The amount of work is _insane_ but the result is crazy gorgeous.
omg, you are the best hairdresser i ever seen !! your work style is so clean and perfection !! i am your fan now !! :* :*
Did you do a shadow root on her? How did you get the top parts to fade so nicely? I LOVE IT
Love your tutorial ❤️
Wow! That's all I can really say. 😱😱😱😍😍 Someday I'll finally be able to find a real good colorist like you. You're so good!
@thelashinghairstylest I love this video. I have watched it a number of times and it never gets old. You did a beautiful job. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Amazing! Wish I could do this on my own hair. My hair dresser was charging me an arm and leg to redo my ombré and add baby lights. So she redid my ombré only starting where the blonde was so now I have 2 years of black regrow hair
Hi! I love this technique and I would love to try it. I just started cosmetology school and I was looking at your description of products used and I'm hoping youd be able to explain when you used the lanza translucent and the lanza demi? Also when did you apply the olaplex?
Not sure why she does not say?
Thank you. You are the best who explains how to go through the the sections of haid.
Oh thank you so much for doing this video. This helps me to do my best friend's hair for her prom. 😍
holy crap youre amazing, i wish you could do my hair
Gorgeous hair and awesome tutorial! Thank you indeed!
You're welcome! :)
You're such a meticulous hairdresser! Great tutorial and beautiful result! Thank you!
Hello, what tones were used for the growths with the developer? Thank you😊
Your cute little baby bump is stealing the show.
Blessings and congratulations.
Thank you for sharing.
P.s. her hair looks fabulous.
Fantastic tutorial. Very precise and informative. You did a beautiful job with her hair. Finished look was gorgeous and your foiling technique is awesome. Cute belly too. Best wishes to you, baby & family. Keep posting. Love your work. Thx so much for sharing your talent.
Kim Kay hi! I'm glad you enjoyed my video. Thanks so much for watching, there will be a new video coming soon!
Great video! Thank you for being so thorough. It looks amazing! I'm a brunette with a bad blonde weave on top of a better weave that's growing out. My hair is a mess! It was the first time I went blonde. I used to always rock black or red hair. I'm not sure what to do with my hair now. The lady that did the weave on my roots to "blend in" with the previous weave did a horrible job, charged me a fortune and kind of ruined my hair. I swear by Schwarzkopf products! They have the best shampoo and conditioner products for color damaged/bleached hair. I'm not even using ones specifically for "color treated" hair, that's how good the products are. Anyway, great work! The finished product looks amazing!! Congrats on your baby by the way. 🌹
Wow this is gorgeous you did an amazing job!
Wow im going to try this technique this weekend! Thanks for sharing!
Song Vang no prob! Tag me on instagram! I'd like to see :)
Thelashinghairstylist how did you do the toner ?
Thelashinghairstylist i actually dye the hair a Jade color instead because my client wanted a different color. But yes ill tag u
Song Vang i
so beautiful been trying to get this color for the longest time so this will help me when i go to show my stylist what i am looking for hopefully she an pull if off just as well as you did
IAmBeauty awesome! I hope whoever does your hair perfects it!
Good luck! I have dark hair not even as dark as this clients and I keep getting turned away for this style because I don't have virgin hair. So bummed I haven't colored my hair in 4.5 years it's the healthiest it's been since I was a baby lol. I'll keep dreaming someday I'll find someone willing. Great video great technique great job! Thank you!
Cheyenne Jackson right girl me too
Cheyenne Jackson it is annoying..
You are an amazing beautician!!!! It came out beautiful!!!
I LOVED this video!! Thank you for making this- I tried it on myself and filmed it here to show how well your method works with someone who isn't a hairstylist!!! Thanks a MILLION!! @
Subscribed because this was the best tutorial I've ever seen on UA-cam on anything.
A-Rod yay! Thanks so much!
Super awesome tutorial! One Question tho, would this same thing work for blond hair? I don't know if it would be different or not
If ur hairs already blonde maybe don’t use the same ratio of developer use less like a 1/1 ratio or 2/1 not 3/1 because you don’t need as much lift. I’m no expert tho
Paige Boots 6
Its Yo Gab i used to think that too but the thicker the bleach it the more powerful it is bc bleach is stronger than peroxide so the more developer you add the less strong the lightener is
The vol means how much peroxide is in the developer. Bit if there isn't enough of either the lightener or the developer it won't lift well. Stylists have preferences in texture and it varies for the technique
The result is absolutely gorgeous! :) I was just wondering how you would section the front of the hair if she parted her hair on one side instead of in the middle?
This is absolutely amazing !! I love it I want it just like that. How do you treat your hair after this ???? Do you use a Especial product for hidratación? thank u!
so you use the Lanza translucent and Demi to mix 8a and 9p? How much of this to mix?
thank you for taking the time to make this video, I learned something new. Hope you can make more. =)
6dennise thanks! I'm in the process of posting another one soon! Thanks for watching my video :)
Gorgeous! Love how her healthy hair accepted the product. Great technique-sharing! You rock!

Did u use all 3 toners mixed together? Please let me know. Thans you ❤
It literally takes me forever to foil I also do tiny sections and use about 95 foils per head and it drives me mad that I can't bring my timing down 😟 how long does it take you to foil? Xx
Omg i feel so good its like asmr for the eyes
Dodibiscus hahaha glad you enjoyed it!
You are amazing, you did everything perfectly, a real professional! 👍
wow good job!👍👏 your work is amazing. thank you for sharing your technique and im excited to do this
You are good! Looks flawless.👍💕
YariGlows215 thank you so much!
SO BEAUTIFUL 😍
I see the products u used but how did you mix the bleach wash and color/tone melt? What ratios did you use?Thanx so much! It's an absolute pleasure watching you work. You truly have a gift!
nice work! you're a hard worker and it shows in your beautiful results. Thanks for sharing!
What developer volume did you use for the toner? and also for the bleach wash at the ends of the hair? Thank you! Gorgeous Hair! You're incredible! :)
Did you ever get an answer
I asked same thing, plus what volume on new growth area with the 8a/8p?
Just gorgeous! I wonder what it looks like after 2 weeks/2 months/2years.
You do great work. Wish you were here. Be-U-T-FULLLLL !!!
The colour is so nice! I love it💕
Gorgeous!!! Simply gorgeous and easy to follow!
Wooooh me encanto 💜💜💜
I'm getting this color on my bday ❤
Thank you for this video!! Is this technique basically a full highlight but taking super find weaves?
I love this video I have watched a lot of times over the years. It is the only one I can find that shows exactly how to do the foiling and color formulations.😍😍😍😍😍
Thanks so much ❤
Awww look at that baby bump 😍😍

vicky stevenson thank you so much Vicky! ♥️
Hey....great video I'm looking forward for using this technique. Could you please tell me what's the mix for the root shadowing? Thank you!
Dennifer Inojosa I used 8 ash and 8 pearl!
Loved this look. Its the best way to hl asian hair for a Balayage look if you ask me. Did it on my sister and she loved the outcome. Best way I found so far to cover a lot of density and more even lift.
Omg, thats so beautyful. You are very skilled!
Her hair looks so beautiful,I've watched this like 7 or 8 times 😂💋 I want this color so bad! You made it look easy 🍑💕
Great job! What were the toners you used please?
Saved by Christ omg I did too and I first I was only in the only one who has watched this almost a dozen times. Lol she did a beautiful job!!!!
Same lol
So easy .cuts and colors help
@@miriamblanco6863 i lol
How does it come out soo light Soo neutral no yellow tones in it with just one time? I have bleached my hair Soo many times and is still in yellow face and t18 bleach doesn't work on my hair
Love it..great professional job. Wish I could have this done!
Loved you tutorial
How long does the root shadow last ?
And what did you mix for the beach wash you did close to the end?
