I like these head to head show down videos. Keep up the great content. I have that exact Breitling and love it. The mesh bracelet is the best in the business.
I tried on the new black bay 41 mm and the monochrome is awesome! I didn't buy it because I'm waiting on another watch, otherwise I would have pick it up. It really is an awesome watch!
I do like that Tudor, it's the first Black Bay I've been tempted by, just wish it had a ceramic bezel. I know the aluminium gives it a vintage vibe and other people like it but I'd prefer a watch designed for today than one designed for yesterday.
This is a great pairing, Brad. Of the two, I'd take the Tudor; size aside, I like them both. Seeing them together suggests that the Breitling, with its numberless bezel and less prominent hands and indices, is something of a "stealth diver" that doesn't shout "dive watch" from across the room. Whether that's a positive or not depends on what you're looking for!
Absolutely Brilliant Cheers Thak you so much for sharing Kind regards Tudor The most beautiful watch that money can buy My favorite watches Rolex Submariner and Tudor black bay
Hi Brad, you have two fine watches there, and I can't complain about the Breitling movement this time! However, this does still leave the size of the Breitling to be considered. The Tudor is pretty marginal for my wrist, and the Breitling is just too big for me, but I know that there are guys out there for whom the Breitling would be perfect. So: in horological terms it's a tie; but my personal choice between these is the Tudor for reasons stated above. In reality though, I'd rather have a Pelagos 39 than either of these. Roll on the next video Brad! Cheers, Bob 🍻
Both are fantastic choices. Only i can't help but visualize that black dialed SuperOcean Heritage on a white rubber strap. I know, I know, I'm crazy. But I can't be the only one, right?
This has to be one of the toughest head to heads so far IMO. I love 'em both. Always like the SO Heritage and its on my short list. BUT....damn that Tudor is good looking. I have to call it a draw even though the Breitling is more $$
The Tudor is really nice but (unpopular opinion) looks like it’s trying to be a Rolex sub. the breitlings design seems to be more original. All down to personal preference of course.
The Tudor BB looks very much the tool watch with a dull finish. The Breitling looks alot more highly polished and with richer blacks. I'm surprised at the difference. Both fine watches though. Thanks for the side by side comparison.
I prefre breitling even if this bracelet looks realy mkre cheep than tudor, but tudor base everything in the same design and make the brand a little boring for me.quality, both are good i imagine, perhaps the tudor have better mouvment? Hard to choose, depends of personal preference.
I would recommend the Tudor. The 5-link is better than jubilee in my opinion on a 20 CM wrist. The breitling is awesome, don’t get me wrong. I just don’t think it’s worth the extra price new. If you can get it off the grey market do it. But I wanted a new watch and the breitling dealership didn’t want to give a reduced price. 😅 Also if you are going for the breitling consider omega 300m seamaster with a mesh. 😊 Just my own experience and opinion. Breitling watch is the lightest though. So for me it would be the 3rd choice of these watches.
Breitling. Breitling, the brand within itself. Tudors are phenomenal but they'll always play second fiddle to the crown, which, admittedly, is why I like tutor.
Breitling for me because i'm not a fan of tudor's blunt hour hand. Also, breitling has ceramic bezel insert and date complication which i feel is practically more useful in daily wear.
Aesthetically Breitling wins. Movement wise… both of them have a Tudor movement. Breitling’s SOH houses a Pelagos movement. They exchanged movements and Breitling gave Tudor the B01 for Tudor’s BB Chronographs
The Breitling is quite ungainly and an awkward fit (irrelevant of watch head size). I wanted to love it, but I just don't. The Tudor will hug the wrist and has a far superior movement, with better value retention 🤩
Don’t own a Tudor or Breitling but for me the the aesthetics for the breitling look better to me. Tudor looks uninspired to me. Different strokes for different folks.
I feel like breitling is dead as a brand, there’s no hype or buzz around it. It’s seen as an old man’s brand. I wouldn’t be surprised if their sales plummeted in the coming decades.
I agree with the date function comment. They should have dates on some of their mainline divers. I look at my watch more for the date than I do the time. Forgetful.
Breitling all day long. Those uneducated swines who adore Tudor should actually realise that the Mighty Rolex if you look at the Tudor’s entire lineup have total copies of the Breitling. Even the Tudor especially the laughable Tudor Submariner, really!, is a copy of the Rolex own brand in its self. Quite a scandal what has become of real watch making! Truth is, those that can afford a Rolex brand new, can’t buy one. Those that can afford a Rolex at brand new prices has to buy one on the secondary used market at double the price. So what did Rolex do? Enjoy your Tudor! (Because Rolex do not make money via preowned) Having saying that. You buy a watch on attraction, not what you see as hype. The only watch group I stay away from is Quartz, and why high end companies still incorporate battery operated mechanisms!
That Breitling is absolutely CLASS, that watch is beautiful 😍

Alongside the BB54 I think this BB41 monochrome might just be the best BB they ever made! So clean
Can’t wait for my Tudor 5 link!!!
Breitling looks far classier. Wouldn't use it for diving - looks like a pretty good dress watch :)

This is a tough one. Slight edge to the Tudor. Although I do like a bigger watch…hmm.,. Breitling. Can’t decide
Breitling!!
46 mm!? 😂😂
@@bogarbill6331this comes in 42mm as well. And it has Tudor’s movement in it - the pelagos one to be precise
Yea when I was shopping for my one expensive watch (with my Biden money) it was between a 46mm SOH and an aqua terra .. I went for the Omega.
@@Bemjji with which you have made the only right choice!
Both so nice❤
Love the Tudor it would love even better in a 58 size and a nice red pip at the top 😍
This new Tudor is pure perfection. 40,5 mm is not too big for a sport watch.
@@maitrehgjust my personal preference bud, I own a 58 and would love to see it in a monochrome colour way 😄

The SOH lugs are unsightly.

Two great offerings

The Breitling has the same Kenissi MT5612 ”manufacture” movement as the Tudor Pelagos…
Bb58 navy every day. 😊
Tudor and rolex all day long🎉
I think it is Tudor, but both great.
I like the look of the Breitling but it’s too big therefore I’d have to opt for the Tudor.

As for the Tudor black bay 41. Is there any difference than the last year model? Cause I really like the red bezel.
Same as last year, different color.

SOH pulled off the victory.
Tudor master chronometer movement all day long..

Breitling je nivo iznad tudora u svakom pogledu .
Again Tudor, not close for me. I guess I just don't like Breitling.
No-Date and a jubilee bracelet on the Tudor is my choice. Breitling is an overpriced Tag Heuer. And Tag is also overpriced.
Well said 😂

Diver with this bracelet looks just very off and unbalanced. Anybody else feels the same? If not, how?
Tudor easily wins this one
