The discipline this season has been outstanding. None of these girls are bad girls or cheerleaders. Just need some extra guidance & be held accountable. They might not understand it all now but looking back they’ll forever be grateful. Keep it up Good luck with everything you guys have coming your way.
YESSSSS THIS COACH BE ON ITTTT!!! She calling out everyone and making sure she correct them in a respectful way. If anyone feels she’s being too harsh or going about it the wrong way for correcting them infront of everyone YOU ARE JUST TOO SOFT AND NOT REAL WITH YOURSELF! If I was doing something wrong that’s affecting my team in a bad way I would want my coaches and teammates to chew me out for it so I can give it my all and we succeed. The coach tried to tell them in private and they still didn’t listen so now it’s no more private talks
Keep. This. Coach!!!! Cuz if the program really wants to stand on business, she’s been the only coach I see in years REALLY executing on that ideal consistently.
Is the lady in the brown even a coach? It’s crazy how the coach is having a real conversation with someone on her team and someone is making comments under their breath. I would never let someone do that to a child especially as an adult in the room. I’m sure the girl is embarrassed enough she doesn’t need the extra “the cut should be you” by an adult on the coaching staff

Yeah I didn’t really appreciate that, like yes Eniya deserved to be held accountable by coach nicole but the other lady (I believe she’s London’s mom/ team mom) was doing a bit much it was kinda giving bully..
I’m loving this season! The drive, the conditioning, the pep talks, and the accountability are really on point Coach Black and Coach Nicole. These young ladies are great, but they still have so much potential. I hope they continue to learn the technical part of the skill set (by coming to the different classes and rehearsals) and by increasing their own confidence. Y’all got this, team!

I like this coach and let me tell you why, she is tough real and not to be played with at all, she rather honesty instead of lying which I can't stand myself. As a man I have to say is please stop saying my dead uncle, aunt grandma and ect put it on you because you gone be the one that get it. As many coaches I see on UA-cam thus video tops it, no cussing straight up talking to them not down to them I love the tough love real talk we need this for these young ladies. Coaches you're doing a wonderful job. Call it all out that's what they did I was in activities myself. Being in band stepping and ect taught me nothing but love and respect. I respect her for the call outs.
Coach Nicole is definitely needed for the older team. I hope that she really enjoys what she does and continue with CUC, if even foe another season. She works really well with coach Black in my opinion

YES CEO//COACH BLACK Good Way Too Condition Them Before Actually Practicing Ashley Needs Too Be More Flexible With Her Legs With The Jumping Jacks, Good Way Too Call Out Every Person For Each Mistake Because They Definitely Needed That I Feel Like And Each Mistake Was Multiple Times So They Should Sit Out And It’s Still Laughing And Playing Going On In A Serious Moment During Practice
Thank you coaches for working on the girls stamina. Cheer is definitely a sport and you have to be prepared for anything! These young queens, at times , are not fully committed to what the coaches want for them. They play when they should be listening and everything is not fussing but constructive criticism. They have definitely gotten better and thank you guys for holding them accountable. Have you all ever shown the girls their performance or practice videos so they can visibly see the mistakes that you all see? At this point, the girls are thinking that they’re working together and when you all ask questions, I don’t think they honestly know how they messed up or if they messed up. I’m still a big fan and still cheering for these queens but they need to treat their practice like it’s a job and can only get back what they put in! Go CUC!!🎉
This squad has average fundamentals so thry struggle to maintain proper skills, and they are sluggish in their workouts and hald ass everything,so iy translate in their performance

If you look at these other team honestly that what y’all should do look at these other teams bc all the playing and talking doesn’t be there they all be on one accord as a whole that’s full of black young girls a lot is needed too be better cuts should be made

I'm glad E'Niyah( I apologize if I spelled her name wrong) and Phoenix were called out. It needed to be done. It's best to adress it. I'm half and half with it being filmed. 50% that we as viewers who been seeing these young ladies not taking accountability and being addressed, while the other 50% is that they could hae been addressed more privately lol. All in all, it needed to be done.
All the flyers need to be in flyers classes, it really can't just be one flyer. If they can't afford it, which is definitely understandable, they should be REALLY practicing at home. The couches can tell who has been practicing from who isn't. The same with tumble classes.
It mostly takes self discipline for the athletes to do what they need to do, and for a number of them, there isn't much of that.

This is a horrible way to do this. You are just creating hostility between the girls. Yet you are surprised they don’t work as a team. Yall need to do better as coaches.

it’s real life stuff that everybody consented to being filmed, if you’re uncomfortable just skip
They know what they signed up for! They already knew that they would be filmed all season and every competition so if they don’t want to be filmed they shouldn’t be on a team that’s getting filmed
