Get your girls to watch candy elite all stars - Now & Later, they got a near perfect score at all star worlds last year. Also a level 3 team. Might give your girls the understanding of how tight you need to be to be top. They definitely are looking the best they have and love the new pyramid. Just that cleaning up that will massively help get to day 2!!! Really wishing you all best of luck!! ❤

good job ladies, I think the 8 count needs to be slowed down during the pyramid so that they can hit their moves, but I could be wrong.
yes you're right! the counts are too fast to perfect the technique. they need to build their muscle strength to pull thru counting slower but I think they're unable to keep them in the air for a long time so they keep it fast.
They can hit it but they seem to rush it is why they not hitting and off count

Hello coaches and coacg black I'm loving the hair and glasses, you ladies I want to say this to ya'll. I know you can do it, you ladies aren't counting at all it's too much rushing going on. Ya'll honestly doing like you don't want to hit it which is why your scores aren't hitting as they should. Coaches are guiding you to do things right bur from the video you ladies aren't focusing at all. Base not hitting it and flyers arms all over the place. This is why Coaches trying to help you but you young ladies not listening. The way you practice is how you will come out.
Will yall ever film the youth team? I would love to see there practices. Everyone is getting so much better

I'm a firm believer in discipline,but using exercise as a discipline No! I've noticed something and a lot of the cheerleading videos the coaches are all big women I don't understand that none of them seem to be physically fit but yet they discipline the girls with exercise they need to be out there doing some bear crawls
