Hi!! I wasn't sure what campground that was by name, i haven't been here too long, but i googled it and i know which one that is. I had done a video driving by there when Bryson city flooded, it did flood some there but i think it was OK. I can do a video drive through there sometime, sure. 🙏🩷
How are the roads/highways coming into Bryson city? Supposed to come for polar express next month and worries we won’t be able to make it from North Georgia
Can you show the quilt shop in bryson city? I keep looking for it but don’t see it. They had some water come in, a few inches. I’ve not been able to get over there to go check it out.

And BC Outdoors, I was fortunate last Friday afternoon to charge my ph there as power was out & get wifi access; great owners and workers ar these local businesses. Yes Bryson City is recovering but anyone who thinks it was spared didn't see your 1st video on the storm. I think your video was the only one on UA-cam of our area. The devastation of other towns is just heartbreaking yes we were fortunate. There are however businesses in town that have lost thousands in merchandise from the flooding. The almost empty store front & other doesn't look too bad, we can't see the backrooms or upstairs where roofs are damaged aside from merchandise computer equipment & electronics lost. Many around the town are still getting water out of basements, cutting way through downed trees etc. Vehicles were a total loss after water & mud. Still we're very fortunate. Some have friends & family members in surrounding towns that have lost everything & the missing 💙. Darnell Farms gave out free food boxes of little produce wasn't destroyed. They're a great family who lost it all there. People helping people. Donations are being collected & help for surrounding towns & let's also remember the Displaced Animals. 🐕 Food & supplies are needed; Cherokee Animal Clinic is taking donations to areas with great need. I was fortunate to have a wonderful couple come & pick up my donation that I couldn't get to Whittier and took it there for me. You're doing a service to help our community by documenting on video. Thank you 🤗💕.
Oh yes!!! I was going to mention the animals! I never forget them. I have a huge heart for animals and it's heartbreaking seeing all the images, i try to avoid that. Me being an empath, it affects me 1,000 times more. It's hard. It's devastating. We definitely could have gotten it worst very easily! I was scared for a bit Friday. The water was up to the bridge! And yes, i heard bunky's was really devastated, lost so much money in merchandise. It's sad. This whole storm has destroyed so many lives! In east TN too! By my mom, which she was fine. I thought about maybe talking on my yt channel about getting donations for animalsin need as well. I know Darnell farms takes donations and are helping, so many are helping out, since the government isn't!!!

You have a heart for animals too.💕 Pat Thomas a great advocate in Sylva arranged for a precious lady in Alarka to come to my house pick up the huge dog crate though collapsible & was folded up with pain in my joints I couldn't even scoot it. They took it to Cherokee Animal Clinic in Whittier-redirected to the Baptist church in Sylva. What a great thing to do for me. Great people here. I had a retired racing greyhound, my constant companion who passed away 4 1/2 yrs ago couldn't bear give his crate away- was time. He's happy from heaven. I had shared your other video on fb, saw many others share it too. Definitely put Bryson City NC in title the views will go back up. We appreciate your making these. Welcome to our community. 🤗💕
