I used to use my cans with my glow tubes, if you have older versions you can order the bottoms with the screw hole in it. They're not too hard to swap out. Just takes a little time a patience.
Great idea! What if you drilled a hole in the plate to gain access to the power switch on the can? Question... What if on opposite ends you attached a coin or a can such that there was a light at both ends shining at each other? If the lights caused 'interference' with each other then block the lights where they meet with either a piece of Ape Labs gear or simply cut out a circle using a piece of cardboard. Now you could have a multicolor effect with one vertical tube. Just a thought...
Adding a coin on top gives really cool blends or a stronger 1 group look. I use them with 2 coins, 1 just doesn't throw enough to bother with the whole process of space, setup, teardown. Actually the tubes are one of my biggest regret purchases, not enough juice to justify the squeeze

That's a great idea! Thanks Brian
It worked perfectly! I never used them bc I don't like having to plug them in. Now this is a game changer 😊
