70 watches per year - that’s exclusivity. Four Gronefeld watches are available on Chrono24, starting at $58,000. Thanks for bringing us this interview Tim and WatchBox!
Hit the nail right on the head! The internet, if not the olny factor in the rise of independent watch brands it is without doubt the dominant factor. Before things like UA-cam, people had to dig around and find these brands. Not having the same marketing infrastructure as the groups.
sorry , bad english , yr painting reminds me of my brothers pieces , as a colourist , acrylic, oils, marble dust, paper machete , etc,........his work influenced by artists in Spain in the 60’s...love the BROTHERS GRONEFELD
Awesome interview Tim, the Grönefeld brother are one of those watchmaking magicians. I love their Remointiore 1941 watch.
“Our watches have a soul”.....so true. I love my 1941 Remontoir, I stare at it all the time.

But people would rather by a $500k RM. Can't buy taste.
These interviews are an absolute joy. Thanks, Tim!
The Bros are fun guys, go to a watchmaking event and have a beer with them. And the watches are incredible. I'm looking forward to new model
"Tick Tock" and "Ding Dong"...priceless!
Great interview! Thanks Tim. 70 watches per year, man!!! That's true independent horology exclusivity!

Tim jumped right in with a hardball question.
high quality content, tim! the grönefeld brothers are a cool bunch!
Fantastic interview! The horological brothers are amazing.
Awesome insights into the challenges faced by independents - balancing demand with integrity
Where do you see yourselves in 5 years: "More colleagues, more clients and better internet connection" ;) Nice interview! :)

One of the best looking movements I’ve seen, maybe only matched by ALS. Would be very lucky to own one some day! 🤞
We gotta get another interview/video with the gronefeld brothers someday
Great interview Tim
Finally ! Special episode ! ❤️
Thanks, what a great interview!
speaking of Indys Tim....love the painting behind , you paintings of my late brother some years ago who left us due to sudden cerebral hemorrhage
Limited production and high demand would make advertising ludicrous. I can only fantasize about owning one of their watches.
Gronefeld has beautiful movement 😍👌❤
Such awesome guys
