Cutting the holes out the tank use a small hole saw.. worked great for me.

A melting tool would clean up the edges good for the water tanks where the holes are.
The heath department where I am, doesn’t have a length requirement, and as far as I can tell, doesn’t require integral drain boards. They do require that half of the size largest cook ware (pots, pans, etc) be able to be submersed into the wash basin. So if you can get half of the largest item under water in the wash basin, that’s good enough for the State.
Nice!! Yeah every department is so different, makes it even harder to get everyone on same page
I found in my state the local health dept. doesn't require drain boards but the USDA does.

No. Just the gallon size. That all depends on your HD requirements so make sure you check that beforehand

I had to look up what uniseal was lol. 🤣 I have no idea how trusty that setup is. I like the ones I purchased the undermount ones they have not given me a single issue.

Thanks for posting these videos; I’m building out my own trailer here in Detroit. I’ve been contemplating how I’d bolt my sink and tables to my floor and those floor flanges came in clutch! One question: Do the legs lock into these flanges?
Yes the legs fit right into the legs they are a great option for this part of the build

🤔🤔🤔Three compartment sink will not fit flush against wall. About 3 inch gap between sink and wall. I bought the same setup same sink and tanks. Do you have the same gap??? Didn't recalled it mentioned.
Yes. My trailer is not flat 100% in front there is a gap. All my trailers have had a gap in back.
@@fbaltierrezok thanks I thought I bought the wrong tanks or sinks. When I kept trying to fit the sink flush to the wall coming up with about 3 inches shy and could never get it flush unless the sink was leaning back to the wall. So I'm going to put a stud behind the back of the sink to mount. Thanks!
How water comes to the faucets? Do you have install a pump?

I`m starting a Italian ice Trailer ....I really like your videos great info..I have a question about what size of the screws did you use to mount 3 compartment sink to the inside wall of the trailer ( where can I find or the name of the fixture you use to mount the sink to the floor.)

Whats the point of having a 20 gallon and a 25 gallon ? are you using one as the gray water tank ?
Gray water always has to be bigger than fresh water tank

Had to re-watch but just looked those up and they are completely sold out on Amazon. Hmmmmm. Have to see where else we can get them from

I think my "drain valve" was misleading what I meant was the "gate valves" I had been looking for them everywhere all I could find were the 3" ones for rvs. I gave it another try after watching this and found them on Amazon. I'm assuming your talking about the (Valterra T01-0091VP Swivel Drain Connector - 90°, 1-1/2" x 3/4") that is out of stock on Amazon. If anyone is looking for those just do a Google search and there are a few places that have them in stock. Thanks again

Hey Frank! Do you think a hole saw bit would work when drilling out those 1.5 inch holes? Of course being sure not to mess up the threads :)
Maybe maybe and maybe a bit smaller than that. Worth a shot just careful around the threads because down the road you could get some leaks
So you screwed the sink to the floor, but did you use to connect it to the wall .. regular caulk?
To the wall I just screwed it on the corners and that's how it's held up

We ordered the larger size tanks, as we need to be away from hookups for days at a time.

My DOH requires a grease trap on the waste water exit line. I noticed you didn’t mention anything about grease trap. Do you put a grease trap on your waste water line?
No they don't require it on my truck/trailer, doesn't seem to be a requirement in my county

@@fbaltierrez thanks for responding Frank. I’m talking about the outside waist drains.. you have what looks like an attachment that fits to a garden hose so you can drain your gray water away from the trailer. Is that attachment on class A site? I couldn’t find it.
