I have the turtledove and honestly, i was skeptical about making the purchase because its a light colour & there were tons of stuff to worry about. i would also have to refrain from suiting this bag with my denim outfits because im afraid of the colour transfer although my SA said that would not happen.... but still,wouldnt give it a try for the money spent 🤣 this is an absolutely gorgeous piece & i would recommend it to anyone who wants their speedy to stand out from the rest on the streets...thanks for making this video:) glad to know theres more than just me who loved this model hehe.

Have you noticed the zipper tabs getting hung in the d ring where shoulder strap connects? I noticed with mine, so I have to manipulate the ring to pull zipper up to close. Make sense?? If this happens does it bother you? Asking cause I have not used mine yet and still have time to return. Can’t decide if it will bother me or not. Thanks for your opinion.

I have two bags in the turtle dove leather and have not had an issue with color transfer at all. Extremely durable.
I tried this one in Barcelona. I want it for my bday...in november. I have never owned a lv bag, so it's an investment. Do you think it will be still available in November? 😚

@@jewelnabq01 actually, I don’t have any issues yet. I mostly carry mine by hand and wear a lot of dark jeans. I carry it on the shoulder and crossbody sometimes but haven’t had any issues. I also have the onthego empreinte in the same color and have had no issues with transfer.

Thank you so much! I had the same color in the V Tote and never experienced any color transfer with it. I’ve actually spilled coffee on it and was able to wipe it clean. If you wear a lot of denim I would be a little more cautious though, hope this helps :)

Thank you! I owned the same color in the V Tote and spilled coffee on it and was able to wipe it clean. But you’re right, the bag sits kind of low and could rub on denim. I would just be extra cautious of my outfits and maybe shorten the strap higher to avoid contact with denim 😂

Please ask your SA why the tag inside the lining got no 'Made in France or Made in USA' stamp underneath the Paris stamp. I wonder if LV made two versions of the bag because I just got mine and the tag got the 'Made in France' underneath the word ' Paris' . If they are making the two versions, it's difficult for the resale market because of the authentication issue.
That’s so weird! I definitely will thank you for letting me know. Mine is supposedly made in the USA according to that paper insert, that could be why I don’t have that stamp. Either way their inconsistency is not cool!
@@karlapurificacion After your video, I came across another video saying that all the LV made in USA products have their 'made in USA' stamp taken out. So only 'made in France' products will have the words stamped on the tag inside the lining. I thought they are trying to stop the resale market. Image how much they will earn if all potential buyers only go to their boutique to buy.
If it doesnt state made in France, Spain or Italy then it is made in US. Unfortunately pieces that are made in the US no longer have the “made in” tag. They used to have a separate tag inside a where saying stating imported material made in US but they stopped doing that
@@petitestylesbygem3058 I thought all goods like this were supposed to be labeled as to where they were made. Is it even legal not to have that? It’s also a little shady. It leads people to believe they are made in Paris. I think they took the cloth made in USA labels out because no one wanted made in USA bags. Just my 2 cents.

Thank you dear! I would just be cautious of any dark denim or new clothes you might have on. I also keep water wipes on me all times and can easily wipe small spills or stains on it. Hope this helps!
I hear ya about being “monogrammed out!” 🤣 👏 Perfect way to say it! 👏👏 Me too! It’s just too much! You see it literally everywhere! Especially since it’s so easy to get fakes! 😡 Unfortunately it’s all about the monogram...the logos for many people! I’ve debated this before with people who claim they love the quality, not the logos or just trying to brag that you can afford an expensive designer bag! However, if that were true, the plain Epi leather bags would sell just as much as the monogram but they don’t! Not by a long shot! I know these people are thinking...”what’s the point of wearing a designer bag if nobody knows it’s a designer bag!? 🤷♀️ The people who deny it are fooling themselves! Case in point... If let’s say Walmart got the exact same materials, with the same exact quality, and made the same exact bags but instead of LV’s all over it, there were little WM’s for Walmart, would you wear it? 🤔 It’s always a ‘hell no!’ ...(or a fake yes 🤥) which proves it IS about the status symbol! I love this new more subdued Empriente leather line! I just got your same bag honey! LOVE the turtle dove color! 🥰🥰 I also wanted it in that new metallic blue with silver hardware ( they call it Navy which is weird because it is nowhere near Navy!🤷♀️) but they NEVER have it! I was lucky enough to at least get the Key pouch

I’ve been using this bag for a few months without really babying it and so far so good! I have to say I don’t wear too much denim though. I would just be cautious of that 🥰
