I received my black speedy b20 in black a few days ago and it is gorgeous. I never expect to like it so much because it is the navy coloured speedy that I wanted initially.
I’m so glad you like the bag in black! I think the navy is definitely a very special colour but the black and gold is a classic combo, you can’t go wrong with it 💯

I’ve been searching for videos that showcase the size and capacity of the Speedy 20 while I wait for mine in Monogram canvas. I completely agree with you about the size; the 25 and bigger are a bit too tall for me and although I probably could’ve worked with the Nano I didn’t like that the strap was not detachable. Thank you for your video, it was definitely helpful ☺️ I can’t wait for mine to come in! 👝😍

It's been a year since you owned this bag. Is it still scratch-free? Does it withstand a little big of rain and harsh weather? Does it slouch or hold up its structure? How do you like this bag now? Apologies for so many questions, but I do like this bag.

Thank you for your questions! Honestly, it's held up super well and I've taken it on a few trips with me. No visible wear and tear. I try to stuff my bags with paper so there isn't too much slouch but I have noticed I have stretched it slightly when reaching in and out of the bag. the lock actually goes into the round holes at the bottom of the zipper tags. they should fit perfectly.

So pretty ! I'm torn between this and the multi pochette empreinte to be honest. Apologies if I missed it but what is your height?
I love both too based off my multi pochette accessoires - I think the speedy is definitely a more formal bag, whereas the MP style i find quite casual (although the empreinte is more elevated than the canvas in my opinion). Capacity-wise, the speedy wins! Really depends on how you intend to use the bag 😊

Cheers, Norma! I have always gravitated towards gold hardware but I agree yellow gold may sometimes be tough to pair with accessories/general clothing colour schemes. I wish LV did more of a champagne gold or a brassy gold (like YSL) that’s more muted - still love this bag though 🥰

Thank you so much for watching! I haven't made content in a while but have it on my list to do a wear and tear video for this bag - it's honestly held up excellently and I've not been babying it. Only thing I've noticed is that I've stretched the opening slightly, but very very minor. Hope this helps xx

I love it so much too 💕 I've been mainly using it as an every day bag - I haven't seen any shape change so far and I think as long as you store it properly stuffed it should be okay. I've heard that having a bag organiser also prevents bags from losing their shape. Hope that answers your question xx

I have been using mine a few times and noticed that the 2 sides where the straps are attached might get stretched/ lose shape over time due to stress on when the bag is worn crossbody or over the shoulder.

The strap drop length is 49cm/19.3in at it’s shortest and 54cm/21.3in on the longest setting - hope that helps xx

Hi Ann, I would say that the fresh leather smell has definitely softened as is with all leather products! Generally the bag has kept up really well when it comes to wear and tear, looks brand new

@@Dasming apologies, I have a few lipsticks so checked again and it’s called “Veuve” by MAC. It’s still a dark colour but I always dab off a lot using tissues hence why it’s closer to my natural shade. Sorry for the confusion xx

Depends on the length of the wallet! The bag is 20.5CM across xx

What do you mean when you say authenticity card? None of my bags came with authenticity cards I have purchased two in 2021
Oooo interesting! Sorry for the confusion, it’s probably not an official authenticity card but just a small piece of card that has LV printed on it that came inside the bag. Hope that clarifies xx

That’s not how to use the lock. The zipper pulls shouldn’t be standing straight up like you tried to do. Look carefully...there’s a hole in each one. You loop it through the holes and they lay flat! You’re welcome!
