- Welcome everyone, that's interested in installing the aftermarket foglights for the tiger 1200, hope my instructions are easy to follow,
so if you dont want to pay for the triumph foglights, which is about £300!! you can buy some aftermarket Cree 5 costing £15, a set of plugs £5, sw-mo foglight bracket £40, and some extra nuts, washers and bolts

You can probably wire them straight in with spicing
I brought these connectors there where quite hard to find but got it done :) pretty cool though 😁

As you look at the plug on the bike from the front is it black left and red right yeah? Same for both plugs?

Hello master, I wanted to add a couple and adore that cable that you showed and get them to turn on but the second they turn off, apparently it has a security system that does not allow connecting to the original fogger cable, do you know something about it? Thank you.
That’s a bit different, hmmm have you checked what volts the FogLights are, other than that not sure sorry :(
Been playing around with mine, but they work fine, nothing with security, I just brought the plug off eBay, and plugged them in without any issues

I used a Cree LED U5 spot light
And SW-MO 72054499 light mount

Then regular bolts and washer to attach the fog lights to the bike
SW-MO 11.703.1001/B is the correct part number for the light mount, great video thanks

Hi. Thanks for this great information. I did the exact same thing. When I turn on the lights. it immediately turns off after one second. I think two lamps draw too much current and fuse turns off and resets everytime. Just one light works fine left or right. Two in total exceed the rated amperage. How many watts are your fog lights? Do you know? Or fuse rating? Any info? Best regards. Derin

And if I recall they’re about 15watts
But does sound odd, either too much power, then would that blow a fuse? electrics isn’t my strong part.
I think if I remember I looked at the watts for the oem fog light then found something close, possibly
Looking further into it, the ones I brought where apparently 30w
Then others say 125w and 15w
To be honest doesn’t make much sense to me, as I believe as I said before I found some fog light that match the oem watts

I’ll have to check, they’re usually 10amps for the fuse, and the lights are 12v 60/55w
