Great to see a Royal Marine Band out on Parade again. The Music was excellent and the way they play "World in Union" is second to none. Absolutely fabulous filming. It must be up with the best you have done. The filming was so good and clear, that I was able to pick out one of the Trumpet Players, who I met when she was in The Portsmouth Band.
Good to see the sailors as well as the marines. My late brother was a navy man, he was on the ship H.M.S Euralyus, I think that's how it was spelt, it was a long time ago. Love the Royal Marines band, they're the best.
Adding on, The Queens guard ( I call them that ) needs to make it's presence know in the regions! We need this up t north! I don't understand why we don't get this awesome display up here> You are missing a trick!
The Band of the Grenadier Guards actually have concerts planned in Harrogate for example later this month. This weekend also sees the NATIONAL Armed Forces Fay parade and events held in Scarborough (25th June) featuring bands and displays from all 3 services! There are many events on in the north by our military and their bands, just have a look around online and you’ll find them!
Another excellent video throughout. I especially liked the way you were positioned to hear the trio of Trafalger. The band was great, as always. I am disappointed in that I expected many more spectators. Was this event a well-kept secret? Bless all the residents who attended but where were their neighbors? Can people in Fareham be so busy or have so many other entertainment options that they couldn't attend? What about those people who walk by without stopping? Isn't this a special event worthy of their attention for five minutes? And one more thing: There should be no parked cars along the route, except for security vehicles. Others should be towed. Well, I guess you know how I feel. Greetings from NY.
Fareham looks a bit better than I remembered from fifty years ago. Best thing about it then was Soothill's bakery, in fact I could just go a pasty and a lardy cake now.
I realize that this is about bands, and very well covered, but it would have been nice to have seen a little more of the Royal Navy platoons since it was their freedom of the city. As always, a great turnout from the bootie band.
This video is absolutely awesome! The camerawork is outstanding, as is the sound. And the band is simply terrific!
Thank you very much!! ☺️
Excellent video. Love the Royal Marines Band. By far the best, and I’m speaking from the USA
Great to see and hear the wonderful Royal Marines on such a poignant occasion. Thank you 😊
Top video mate! So good to see RMBS back out doing what they do best. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Can't expresss enough how much I love Military Bands & the sentiment of this march, Beautiful

H M Royal Marines has just got to be the most perfect and precise bands out there.

I am very impressed with this video wow 😳
Nice touch to include the march /music titles.
These bandsmen are kept busy all year 'round. They represent the Royal Marine Corps in Class "A" fashion.
Fantastic video as usual! Great selection of marches! But of course my favorite is 'Trafalgar' at 22:21!
No one, not even the Guards Bands, can play World in Union as good as HM Royal Marines can.
Excellent dynamics from the Corps of Drums.

Real Yorkshire Towns and Cities, Harrogate dose not count!
Where is everybody? One of the best military bands in the world comes to town and no one shows up - bloody snowflake generation!!

Anyone know the second to last drum solo? Sounds new and very slick
I was just thinking the same! I’ve never heard that drum solo before
Kitchener's Army
The band major is literally the tallest
Superb. Even better than the Guards Division.

Very small formation but good/solid musicians.
what did he say at 4:11 ?
🚌Transfer to Collingwood ✈️
