What a pleasure to have such an honorable guest answer questions by TFB's most degenerate viewers lol
Clint Smith must be laughing his ass off while jotting down notes at the same time
Such a cool interview, but the struggle to not make dick jokes is real.
I wonder if he ever realized the 92 trigger looks like a penis
Heeeyy, c'mon man
This interview really instills the history of this company and how it demands respect. 500 years of different family personalities, different directions and ideas, outside influence like wars and economical, just everything that happens in a vast amount of time that the family still remains at the helm to carry on the tradition. Great interview James! 👏🏼👏🏼🎉🙏🏼
Japanese and Italians seem to do family business correctly.
Amazing company. It’s great that it’s still under the control of the founding family instead of a dispassionate board that reacts only to the whims of shareholders.
It definitely makes me appreciate my 92x a lot more.
Others are reviewing Beretta 9mm's, he's reviewing BERETTA himself!
Crazy!!
@@ceehads fucking lol
Great interview, *****. James, if you ever decide to make a show where you just tour european mansions and chat with their inhabitants about trivia, I'll watch it.
If they published a 500 year anniversary book showing the history of the family, the journey of the brand and firearms I would certainly pick up a copy. As well as undoubtedly a firearm as well. Impressive brand showcased by a good quality interview, hats off.
So he's just like us, into boating, cars and guns. Basic dude stuff.
October 1526. Simply amazing. Hard to not love a company twice as old as the US. Great interview with a real classy yet down to earth individual. I also agree books are a good way to promote the history; I’d buy a nice hard bound 500 year anniversary coffee-table style picture book.
Someone at TFBTV needs a raise for getting all of this set up.
One of my favorite firearm companies. Function with a flare of Italian design.
Great’a interview’a.
Good interview 👍 He shuts up and lets the guest talk until they finish.
What agreat interview. The 92 is the best looking pistol ever built.
Agreed! Man a 92 performance in 10mm would be pretty sweet, with the frame mounted safety. 🤌
@@Michaels-emptysoul yes it would!
@Psycho-Mantis yeah idk how'd they'd get it done, but they have my money already. Lol
Man, TFB has gotten so legit with these interviews. Awesome content
Still can’t believe Patrick quit during their biggest expansion period .
I love these Beretta videos. James you're killing it with this series. Super interesting. I wish Beretta would update the PX4 series, it is a fantastic series and very under rated.
LTT keeps doing it for them, but yeah, they could easily modernize it
@@Sig_P229
Ernest does a great job and put some fire behind the PX4
I want to buy a PX4 in .40, but I know that as soon as I do, they'll announce/release a Gen 2 PX4
I saw the almost 40 minute vid length and thought I wouldn’t make it through, now I’m at the end and am sad it’s ending already, awesome interview, questions and guest
Franco Beretta was way to coy with his answer about laser rifles IYAM. We needed an answer!
As an Italian born American I am very proud to see this excellent interview! Thank you
I used to not like Beretta's guns but admittedly, I didn't really know anything about them. Now, the more I see and learn the more I like them and want to buy some of their guns
Such a classy man and very professional. Thank you for the interview with him.
This was great. I’d love to go see the factory. My first two guns were Berettas a mod 84 and 92. If you’ve never owned one, you’re missing out on the feel of the frame to slide fit. It’s like hot butter on glass. Beretta is legit.
I actually got to meet Franco when I was 12 years old; it was a skeet shoot in San Antonio that my dad took me to. It's super cool to see this interview with him. My dad would've loved it.
I love these interviews with gun companies, they've been huge info dumps for guys like me who want to get into the business and manufacturing sides of the firearm world...
Very humble interview in my opinion. You’re a real one if you finished this video.
Seems like a cool guy and more down to Earth than CEOs in this country. Love my 92x and 1301, thanks Beretta and TFBTV.
Managing this kind of legacy isn't easy, these people are exceptional and very down to earth.
So, I got out my emotional support Px4 to watch this interview with. I really do like this gun, most people don't because it's not striker fired, but as someone with a heavy preference for DA/SA I really like this gun for being unique, and I do carry this gun daily.
My only complaint is that James didn't do this interview in Italian flag booty shorts... give us some continuity please.
Damn, Beretta was making barrels when Da Vinci and Michelangelo were alive.
The fact that you can C&R Berettas tells you the experience is there.
Thanks for using my question! Keep the Beretta content rolling!
This is incredible, thankyou James and the whole TFB Crew.
Great interview! The fact that you got it is a testament to the quality of your channel. (Would it have killed you to put on your church clothes? LOL!)
Certainly loving my Beretta PX4 Storm Compact Carry from LTT!!
Great insight and great interview.
You nailed it: firearms are made of materials, brains and history, and this view as a whole is lacking sometimes.
Thanks
Unfortunately I only own a couple of 92 and 84/85 pistols, but they're definitely some of my favorites in my collection. Watching this helps reinforce those feelings of owning Beretta products. Thanks for the great content.
I'm such a Beretta fanboy. Spent hundreds on merch through their store. I own four 92 style guns, yet I carry a Sig P365. However if FL passes constitutional carry, I plan to have two 92x pistols in a shoulder rig 😉
'80/90's Hollywood vibes approved.
Same.
Well, actually I “only” have two 92s
I'm definitely a Beretta guy. I have 11 firearms if you count the Tikka and a whole wardrobe of Beretta Clothing and accessories. It helps I live within a few miles of the Memphis Beretta store. I plan on visiting the Beretta museum in the next few years.
@@jtrosse9092 That can be good AND bad depending on the size of your wallet. lol Id love to visit the museum!
Beretta’s facility is like a museum of Art and History.. Glock facility is like Ace Hardware 😊
Italians take so much pride in everything they do. Thanks you James for theses videos. We also hate you! 🤣
Great Interview! I was on a bullet train that went from Milan to Venice and stopped at the Brescia train station. I wish I could have gotten off to take in the whole Beretta experience in Gardone, but it was not to be at the time. I do have it on my list when I visit northern Italy again in the next few years. I have a total of 10 Beretta firearms (11 if you count the Tikia) in all forms and calibers. I also have a number of items from the Beretta clothing line. They are great-looking. I'm a Beretta kind of guy! (They do have a number of Henley shirts that I think James would like!) I am fortunate to leave a little of a mile from the Beretta store here in the Bass Pro Pyramid store.
Great interview... I shoot both a 92X and PX4 45ACP with regularity and they are both superb firearms. The PX4 is severely underrated and is a gem of a gun. If they made an all metal version I might have one in every caliber. Also would like them to bring back a hammer fired metal gun for .380 ACP.
85bb?
@@reginaldsimms199 ...Has been out of production for years.
I love Beretta too. Would love to see a 92 refresh that's slimmer and lighter while holding the same amount of rounds a la p365 type magazines.
You can tell James is in Europe and that there are no preservatives/artificial crap in his food. Look at the jawline. Hell when I was in Rome for about a week I ended up with a six pack because of walking and the better food. Anyways, great video! Thanks!
My M4 is the centerpiece of my collection. I will continue to support my Italian family especially in the shotgun side as I feel this is what they do best and drool over a over under to one day be in my collection
Side note.. it was an incredible interview with a even more incredible man and family name, I loved hearing about the culture of the family and how they have not lost sight of where they came from. I won't be here in 500 years but am happy to know my family will continue to love these guns as much as I do
I have Beretta's "entry-level" Silver Pigeon I over/under and it is by far my favorite firearm. When I decided to splurge on an over/under, Berretta was my first choice. Life is short, treat yourself to one, you won't regret it.
Yea, I have the A400 Xcel and 1301 tactical and see an O/U in my future one day.
35:38 Godfather Fab mentions clothing and accessories, James smiles imagining himself wearing (and modeling on video) some OG Italian shooting wear
Indeed a humble and genuine man…great interview
Last Beretta guy said the same thing about the PX4 being underrated or under appreciated.
Fantastic interview James, would love to know more about when Franco's father met and talked with Enzo Ferrari.
I have to commend the Baretta CEO. Born and raised in Italy, yet fullent in English, very impressive. Also, I see James Reeves, busted out his best long john shrit for the occasion. I too own a long john shrit, I wear mine with my jammie bottoms for when I go sleepy time.🥰
Nothing but class.
Awesome. Beretta is definitely one of the best firearm companies in my opinion.
Mr. Beretta is absolutely correct about the PX4, it's a reliable, ergonomic, and awesome pistol to shoot. If how pistols look is your thing, maybe you're more into fashion than guns, just saying.
With Beretta making the 1301 tactical, competition it just goes to show they want to produce the best tactical and competition shotguns to compete with Benelli their direct competitor. I think they definitely achieved that.
Beretta owns Benelli
@@Thisthat1234 I know but pretty sure there still are competing for superiority between the two brands because the both have their own build philosophies and are run as two separate companies like it was before the merge.
@@weduhpeople8504 it’s mostly about complete market dominance over the “ tactical” shotgun market. Who knows what margins each has, plus the benelli 4/2 for sure has the majority of military contracts. The demographics for a 1,300 dollar shot gun are most likely different to the benelli’s 2k demo.
@@Thisthat1234 I'd say the people buying $1,300 shotguns could buy the $2,000 ones if they really wanted to, so same demographic
Wow. Nice James! Really moving up in the firearm world! He’ll be interviewing presidents soon.
Beretta 92FS is my FAVORITE pistol of all time! I carried Glocks for over 20 years until I finally shot a Beretta 92FS. I still like Glocks and still own one, the Glock 48, but if I could only have one pistol, it would be the Beretta 92FS. It probably has the softest recoil of any 9mm pistol ever made! It is also extremely accurate, and extremely reliable because of it's design! Not to mention it is a beautiful handgun! Thank you James for this video!
What a legend. What a family name to carry on from generation to generation. Way cool! Thank you TFB TV and thank you James for keeping the interview fun (as always)
I absolutely Love Beretta's, they're so slick, reliable, and ironically... My favorite firearm out of all of them is the Beretta 92 design. It's strange that my favorite has a number that matches my birth year 🤔
James, You International Man of Mystery! That was a great interview with Mr. Beretta. A true gentleman. Thanks for the great video. Ciao!
This interview was everything I wanted out of it and more. Thanks James for conducting the amazing interview and thanks to Mr. Beretta for his time.
I think anytime you need to speak of James the clip of him firing while doing the magnificent hand gesture should be forever capitalized on
My Italian made 92FS is my favorite 9mm. I bought it in 1991 and it is still such a smooth and accurate pistol. I’ve never had it jam in over 30 years of use.
Happy new year gents
Still waiting for a modern 80 series 380
While you are there you have to highlight Beretta’s absolute master engravers that create one of a kind masterpiece works of art. They are true maestros of the craft.
Such a good series with Beretta James so interesting. This is making me want to finally get one of those. Original M-9 copy’s without the rail. Very interesting work man you’re taking TFB to new places. Love the show. -Justin
500 years is an extremely respectable milestone!!!
I justa lovea the italiana accenta
As an American of Sicilian decent, I own quite a few of their products. Can't wait to see what they have to commemorate 500 years. Missed out on the ARX-100
These unique one on one interviews are absolutely fantastic. Please keep then coming.
Guns, boats, cars, planes... this man is living the dream.
What a great interview. Your channel adds a whole different dimension.
This makes me want a Beretta idc what one. Used a m9 in Afghanistan and loved it
That was a very interesting interview and Mr. Beretta is the epitome of a gentleman. You were interviewing a real gentleman, from a famous family, at his famous facility/hime and when I heard you swear while talking about your 20 gauge I about fell out of my chair. After all, you weren’t blasting away with the buddies at Thunder Ranch. I am no angel and have been known to use some very colorful language myself but there is a time and a place and that surely wasn’t the time or place. I hope you apologized after filming. Sometimes a little humility goes a long way.
Fantastic interview and video. Bravo,James. 👍👍
Man I've seen alot of different pistols over the years from various different channels. But I don't know what it is about the M9 that's my favorite by a mile. Not my favorite to shoot, that goes to a few sigs. Easily in my 3 favorite. Its just looks so sleek, I don't like Glocks blocky look. Don't get me wrong not saying it's ugly, but it doesn't appeal to me.
Haha, beretta even goes as far as giving the barrel more length just to say "It looks nice!". Maybe that's why.
500 years of excellence.
Awesome interview! Keep up the awesome content! Own a few Beretta firearms. My fav is my 92FS for handgun and for shotgun Silver Pigeon I
I should start saving now to buy tickets to Italy in 4 years for Beretta's Grand Jubilee celebration.
What an honor for you James. Well done.
cars, boats, guns, planes. Mr. Beretta is cool guy of the week, fellas.
I think the PX4 is a superior handgun with great running characteristics and the 1301 an awesome shotgun.
2023 is off to a great start with this interview. Thanks, James!
Cool and calm
Great interview, i'm a huge fan of all Beretta products :) I hope that they will release the Beretta ARX-200 also for the civilian market, in this new year (2023)
I knew James as a gun industry simp, but clearly the man has swayed many a heart with his audacious shorts wearing.
Absolutely great interview. Was he hinting at Beretta optics in the future?
I have a Ferrari Beretta Design in my head m92FSR Ferrari Beretta. But alas designs of a cool . It would have shot fast and looked fast .
James, this is outstanding. Beretta is an amazing company that produces one of the best pistols ever made (92). This content is second to none. I could only dream of going to Beretta in Italy and seeing that place. I would be curious to know how much oversight Beretta Italy has over the TN facility. There is such a strong belief that TN quality is not very good and that is sad. Would seem that Beretta Italy would be concerned about that and send people over to get them squared away.
I went and grabbed my Beretta M9A3 mid video. Love the Beretta 92 series it's like the slide is riding on tiny oiled ball bearings
Great company imo... Please bring us a PX4 Storm v. 2.0 with overall refresh...a tactical version from the factory would be outstanding...threaded barrel, suppressor height night heights, optics plate. The DA/SA is fantastic in this pistol.
The PX4 doesn't lend well to suppression with the rotating barrel.
Nice
Awesome interview!!!
I’m impressed, simply impressed.
God bless you guys
Awesome!!!
Fantastic interview, love my 92
Cool to hear interviews like this one James, I'd be lucky just to tour the place.
Fantastic interview! Has anyone else noticed CEOs are generally done wearing neck ties?
Interesting observation.
I loved this video, it was so interesting and engaging!
Very Well Done Sir!
Wow just wow what an amazing man
Well done James, great interview!
