Overcoming Fear - Fr. Rob Galea

Catholic Speaker, Fr Rob Galea, explains that God has an incredible plan for our lives. A plan to change the hearts and lives of others, and a plan for an awesome future with life lived to the full! And that the biggest thief of this potential in fear, both know and unknown fears.
Three steps to overcoming Fear:
1. Find a stable solid ground that does not change with circumstances
2. Don't let failure deter you
3. Do it scared.

i am generally afraid of sleeping at night coz it's dark. When I slept after watching this video in the evening, I remembered the words you said in your video - Fear is the opposite of Faith.
I wanted to keep Faith.
As I prayed in my heart a favourite Polish hymn came to my mind while I battled my fear.
I didn't know the meaning of the lyrics except the last 2 lines.
When translated.. It goes like this. How perfectly perfect for the moment.
Przyjaciela mam / I have a friend
Co pociesz mnie / What consolation to me
Gdy o Jego ramię / When on His shoulder
Oprę się / I will rest
W nim nadzieje mam / In it I have hope
Uleciał strach / He takes away fear
On najblizej jest / He is the closest
Zawsze troszczy się / Always cares for me
