Honestly the commenting on the balancing and making it level is a big deal thanks for showing that
Glad I could help. It will prevent tons of wear later on and possibly stop a bar from rolling away!
The only issue with your pulldown is that you are making it into more of a row. Not a biggie though, yoy can always do assisted pullups for the direct lats or rig up à higher pulley on your ceiling and pull down.
I agree, just showing how you can make do with what you got in this machine. The accessory for the pull down is $250-$400 depending on sale.
I was really wanting to order the F35 this week for the $100 off. After watching your first video I can see it probably wouldn't work for me as I'm 6'3". I can probably do all the exercises with my complete set of dumbbells with full range. My main concern is safety bars as I haven't any. Was really impressed with the forklift dropping 1000 lbs on the bars. Hate to say no, but wish I could try one in person before buying. Absolutely great videos and thanks for your service as I'm also a veteran
Thank you for watching, I think you’ll be fine at 6’3” as far as buying sight unseen I completely understand. I’m not sure of any stores that have it on display. It’s definitely been a great machine with many opportunities to upgrade via weights and attachments. They also offer a 35 day no reason return policy. Thank you for watching. Also, thank you for your service. Happy Fourth of July!
@@AviatorsGarage I've had the F35 a week now and absolutely love it. It is the most versatile piece of equipment I've ever used. By the cage folding out and in you can literally do any exercise. It helped me add 15 lbs to my bench already. Thanks for your video and comments, it sealed the deal. I got the leg holder also and it works great.
Whoa! Nice equipment!
It got real at 7:11. Love me some pull-downs. I do them every other day on my FTX. Did some a couple hours ago, in fact.
Gotta say, that equipment looks solid af. Wall-mounts, adjustable base heights, commercial-grade steel, looks like.
How do the pulley assemblies feel compared to your Inspire?
Also, I'd love to see full body workout on the F-35. How do you use it? Do you drift back to other equipment or stay on this? Favorite/least-fav exercises? Any safety concerns?
Glad to see you're still pumping out content.
Would love to see a video of how you do bench press and other exercises
I'm grateful for your request! It's awesome to know you want to see more of my fitness content.
Hey man thanks for the video! My F35 has been sitting in the box for a month or two while I get everything ready for the build. Did you do any extra lubing to the guide rods for the cable system to smooth it out more?
Yes I sure did- amzn.to/4e4hmFl
Try 5 - 7in 1/4in 304 stainless steel chain link to extend the cable length.
That’s a great idea!
I love my system. The only problem I have is one of the cable and pulley systems seems to be shorter than the other side.
Get in touch with after-sale@major-lutie.com. Send them an email. They will fix it.
@@AviatorsGarage Thank you!
Heck ya!
Thanks for the video. Great info. What is the height of the wall plates (top and bottom)? I can’t find that info on the site
Thank you for watching. I posted them a few times on this video.

Look in the comments because I’m away from the machine right now.
Hey there. We are installing this to our wall. So you’re saying to use the level on the machine and not the level on the wall. I was using my laser level for a straight line then attaching the F35 based off the wall line. Then making the adjustments at the bottom. Would either way work.? Our floors aren’t leveled either.
Also, what grease do you use for the pulley system. I think when we installed it we had most of the grease left on our hands than on the machine.
Awesome congratulations on the purchase. Check this video out as I explain in greater detail.

Let me know if that helps!
How are rows on it? I know some of the other major fitness racks have an option for low/seated rows.
Unfortunately, they seem to be a little high. Just because the way the supports are built so the unit can fold into the wall. I have a video coming out in the leg extension attachment accessory coming out soon.
You are showing the Leg Extension attachment for $399 on this video. The lat pulldown roller is $90
I have the lat pulldown roller and it is weak, it does not have a seat on it so you have to use your bench. It works but it by no means is a high quality piece
BTW, that pulldown you are doing when you lean back is for the upper traps and not the lats. For the lats you sit straight up and pulldown in front or behind the head.
Ratio in gyms are mostly 2:1 so 300 lbs is 150 lbs.
Just trying to help
Sorry brother, your statements are incorrect. It’s a 1 to 1. I have a functional trainer right next to my f35 and it’s 2 to 1. It’s definitely not a commercial grade piece of equipment by any means. But if you want that - add about $3k more for a brand of that nature. Just seems you want to be someone who nit picks. All good have fun. I explain more about how I got this 100% free and I don’t hold back.

Feel free to watch- I’m sure you’ll have something to say…
That thing is fancy.
It’s been a great addition to the home gym for sure!
@@AviatorsGarage You makin' them gainnnzzz
How did you drill the system to the wall? Is that a piece of plywood connected to it?
I lag bolted piece of plywood to the wall then lag bolted the system to the plywood. Thanks for watching.
So I’m looking at this gym does the bench fold away into the wall if you want it to?
Great question, the bench doesn’t unfortunately. There are other brands that do though.
PRX makes a folding bench. Not sure how it would work with the MF racks, but I doubt it would be an issue
@@AviatorsGarage thank you i figured not!
@@jakegonsalves9662 yeah I’ll have to look into getting one
@@Charles-Lawrence I know the PRX rack folds tighter than the f35 rack does so if you mount it you might have to build something onto the wall to mount it to to make up the extra distance.
Could you drill some holes to set the pulleys lower?
I guess you could but it wouldn’t really make that much of a difference. You still have to deal with the mounts for the wheels and have the bottom supporting bars that would stop it. Not worth it for a few inches of adjustment (in my opinion). Great question! Thanks for watching!
Since the wheels have springs does that not compress when you rack the barbell?
You won’t notice it at all. It’s extremely stiff.
