That cop was of no help, I think he was in a rush just to get out of there, but it is clearly the truck driver who was supposed to check for that, but in his defense whoever sent him there for such a huge delivery was absolutely careless, I mean they obviously weren’t equipped to handle that shipment and the truck driver was only trying to get out of traffic ways asap… anyway nobody got hurt, thx for your comment PackAddict😊❤️🙏

That wire is not an electrical wire....the electrical wires are up higher. It's a telecommunications wire of some sort.
