- We get right to work on the Canadian home and start by tearing down the old one there and starting from foundation up. This is by far the most in depth and biggest job, so while we get a good chunk done, there's still more that needs to be added next time...

Loved how when I got to this level, it made me pick up trash and mow the grass, but completely destroying a house leaves no rubbish lol
I thought the last house was intense, but it has nothing on this one. Lol. I hope the developers quickly fix that bug, because I can’t even imagine how long it would take to slowly nail each of those boards up. I’ll give them this, though, I still love how in depth they make every part of the building process. I don’t know how accurate it is (although it looks pretty good to me, whose only experience with carpentry is watching tv shows where people fix houses 😅), but it looks amazing. And a lot of fun.

Completed the game in just a few short hours, good game but there is still SOOOO much to fix and do. I went nuts with the tractor when digging the foundation for the Canadian build, the tractor often gets stuck and continues to drive when keys are depressed, yes it is early access, I hope they will make it so that we can completely finish the houses, example: on the European house, no chance to put doors, garage door, no chance to fix the landscaping on any of the builds ( level land, change the grass, etc ) lets see where this goes, hoping for the best. Also what would be great if they made a list of ALL materials needed to complete the build, thus no need to order the same item several times during the build.
how long it take to complete the full game?
It's far faster to dig the foundations with the shovel, by christ does it have a large clearing circle

It might be a bit late but the green number is what it costs. Something like the shingles or the bricks you need a lot so is says ‘box’ and something like doors have ‘20’
Wish I could have given this advice to you 2 years ago... Just cut a little of the end of a plank, and you'll multiply it by 3 pr plank and then do it again. because of your skill.. it will accept a plank that is within 30% plus/minus the right size, because of your other skill.
The fun part i am a roffer and in the game you are doing just a fraction off the things. And maybe like 300 screws and thousends of nails.
try grabbing the hand saw. The same thing happened with the shovel and it came back when you grabbed a new tool

Not 100% about this but at 27:58 you loose the nail gun, it seems like you have 5 quick slots and whatever you are holding in your hand which can either be another tool or building materials, with your slots full you grabbed lumber while holding the nail gun. So it either poofed then or it was on the truck bed and disappeared when you sent the truck away.
Only just started the playlist and watching Grill buy a Box of things for 20points and thinking he is only buying 20 items is already frustrating me. lol

more buildy woo, also i saw a graphical bug for the tools, you have the hammer and sledge on ure toolbar but theres a sledge sitting next to the table, could THAT be the nailgun just bugged out?
building houses in UK is completely different, we use mostly bricks and concrete blocks
I wish my wheelbarrow could do that with the concrete😆
Don't know what it was, but I kept seeing something flashing orange under the back end of the red and white pickup on the ground. Might just be blocks, or maybe....the nail gun hopefully?? Just thought to let you know,

Still working my way through the levels of this game. Do you ever get an option to put down carpet or paint? The house you knock down and rebuild was disappointing when it completed in a rough finished state.
Maybe in sandbox but seems it just the structure on the levels
Maybe it will not get bugged if you only hold 1 tools that you need at 1 time

The stupid foundation blocks are so heavy I can’t pick them up. I had to drag them from the truck it took forever and the scaffolding doesn’t let me stand on it with the ramp costing my money

Na it's all sandbox so theres no limit to what you can buy
should be treated wood on concrete. you never put untreated plates down. (in real life)... these games should really reach out to real life professionals.

Pls can someone help me i bought house builder on ps5 and there is only seven house i built igloo, africa, canada, germany russia japan and uk modern villa and there is no more houses
From what I keep hearing they havnt updated the early access on consoles yet. Hopefully itll be soon cause it's been a lot of houses added and seems odd they don't put em on console

That does happen when you want to get million dollars/video using someone else's work.
I understand the bugs of the game need to be fixed, but why are you whingeing about basic building stuff like drilling, nails and screws that’s a part of building a house you’re playing a simulator for a reason right
they got lazy with this game when you dump things and they just disappear in to thin air! instead of letting the dumpster fill up and then having a garbage truck come and pick it up for a fee! you see is the smallest details that makes the difference! so you can call this a very fake building game! cause it don't make you feel like a builder (especially for a high physics game) but a chump bucket employee!
For a house builder you complain alot xD...
