When I was little we had a bath once a week. But every morning we had a "cats lick" we washed up as far as possible, then down as far as possible, then we washed "possible". My aunt came to stay from America and we would say "mum mum she's having another bath, is she all right? Sadly today old people say they are glad they are the age they are, as they will not have to live to see what's coming in England's future.
Me too. I’m devastated. I dedicated this to Paul 🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️ Near a shady wall a rose once grew, Budded and blossomed in God’s free light, Watered and fed by the morning dew, Shedding it’s sweetness day and night. As it grew and blossomed fair and tall, Slowly rising to loftier height, It came to a crevice in the wall Through which there shone a beam of light. Onward it crept with added strength With never a thought of fear or pride, It followed the light through the crevice’s length And unfolded itself on the other side. The light, the dew, the broadening view Were found the same as they were before, And it lost itself in beauties new, Breathing it’s fragrance more and more. Shall claim of death cause us to grieve And make our courage faint and fall? Nay! Let us faith and hope receive- The rose still grows beyond the wall, Scattering fragrance far and wide Just as it did in days of yore, Just as it did on the other side, Just as it will forever-more. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻 SINCERE CONDOLENCES, FROM H.R.H PRINCE LOUIS XAIVER DE LUXEMBOURG , OF THE ROYAL & GRAND DUCAL HOUSE OF NASSAU-WEILBURG, PRINCE OF THE GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG 🇱🇺 🙏🏻
Paul’s definitely in Heaven , giving G-d a run for the throne ! . G-d needed a replacement probably, so G-d thought get O’Grady up here because I’m going to run Hell as that Devil’s gone too bloody soft ! . Buster is now an Archangel For All on a Solid Gold Throne with diamonds & glitzy priceless jewels.
Paul actually makes me feel proud to be working class. I never felt like that before as my mother was a wanna be middle class person. We didn't have much more money than anyone else on our estate but she always thought she was better than them, she still does!
as a son of a chef and factory working mother in a rough town in county durham in the "worst" estate in that town this has made my day, love being working class and Paul will be very missed! he was one of us
Liverpool lost another angel and so has the world he was a genuine lovely person who never forgot his roots or the people and gave love to animals without question. Am going to miss him so much

Thank you Stephen, this is a great video highlighting the coronation celebration events in Blackpool. I'm sure lots of people will want to see the heritage tram parade, illuminations etc. I hope it's lovely weather, so that everyone can enjoy the music and al fresco dining. I wouldn't want it to rain on Charles' parade, but I'd love the Blackpool seagulls to fly down to London and do what they do best, it's meant to be lucky after all. 😊 xxx

My late mum was a 'scrubber', in a laundry, for a pittance. It was her pittance that kept the wolf from the door. Christ her hands were rough, it was the soda, I can remember being so hungry, eating crayons, chalk, soap and fish and chips newspaper. It wasn't that my parents were idle, they worked like dogs to keep a roof over our heads! Not easy being Irish, back in the 40s, 50s, 60s, etc, in England 😢
Whoa, having to eat crayons, chalk, soap and fish&chip papers to stave off hunger! When did your life change for the better? How did that affect the rest of your life? I was living a life of plenty here in Canada at the same time and to think of another little girl having to do that is just so shocking and sad.
The decline in good neighbourhoods happened because of two issues, unemployment, drug's. Ripped the heart and soul out of working-class neighbourhoods. In my country Ireland and GB it has decimated communities. ✊☘️
What about the replacement of 'slums' with Tower blocks that wrecked communities, the arrival of supermarkets, the shopping malls, which killed High streets, the systematic destruction and asset stripping of traditional industries... I think that might be involved too?
There's something about down to earth people, their much more interesting then the so-called posh, I love their values, and not needing a lot to be happy, ❤❤❤❤RIP Paul

Who knew Sir. John Major‘s not so dull & grey . Why didn’t John Major show this side of him in Parliament? . John would’ve been so much more popular and not so boring and drab .
Living now in Thailand The people are that poor When somebody died The whole village will chip in And help with the cost I have never been to so many funeral's I was born in Whetstone lane in Birkenhead
Cilla didn’t show her ‘working class’ roots when flying BA First Class ….that’s for sure …. Ask any BA crew who had the misfortune to ‘serve’ her ….😳👊😱. …..just sayin ….🤷🏼♂️
I heard those stories . Fake as anything I can see her now” Queen Bitch & Chief “ Karen” of the Air & Hospitality . I bet “ Our Cilla “ even hates being buried in Scouse soil in the graveyard l. Bet she’s spinning like a corpse in a spin-dryer 😂🤣😈
She was a Tory,. a suck up. One of the idiots that think because she has a few quid now, she is up with the 'Toffs' While all they see is a 'low class' oik
They are closing so many pubs now we are not going to have a life! Surely the call of the dead leg, someone should have told him life isn't beer, the sad gett
When I was little we had a bath once a week. But every morning we had a "cats lick" we washed up as far as possible, then down as far as possible, then we washed "possible". Sadly the establishment have destroyed our communities.
Food banks have never been so busy.
I still only have one bath a week but then I don't get dirty!
RIP Paul, the world is less without you. I mean that, thanks for the laughs and for the love dogs. You’re in my heart forever.
its your funeral tomorrow and i am so unbelievably sad.. rest in peace Paul...xxxxx

What a beautiful soul that good man is. Rest in peace peace, Paul, and rise in glory through the mercy of Christ .
The decline in good neighbourhoods happened because of two issues, unemployment, drug's. Ripped the heart and soul out of working-class neighbourhoods. In my country Ireland and GB it has decimated communities. ✊☘️
Spot on 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💯😔😭
What about the replacement of 'slums' with Tower blocks that wrecked communities, the arrival of supermarkets, the shopping malls, which killed High streets, the systematic destruction and asset stripping of traditional industries... I think that might be involved too?
Not because they were rat infested slums without modern facilities then?
WOW, This takes me back! The History

People looked after their own then, poverty was worse but people coped
Scubing the step brought back some memories.
There's something about down to earth people, their much more interesting then the so-called posh, I love their values, and not needing a lot to be happy, ❤❤❤❤RIP Paul

I love that "the Guardian described me the thinking man´s drag Queen and other such patronising crap" - that comment just nails it. Speaks volumes.
Who knew Sir. John Major‘s not so dull & grey . Why didn’t John Major show this side of him in Parliament? . John would’ve been so much more popular and not so boring and drab .
How loved this Funny Sensitive Strong convictions Man RIP Paul My Darling
