I would have if I didn't simp for Shadowheart lol. Even still, I couldn't let Karlach go in alone, I also sent Wyll with her to keep her company. Blade of Avernus and Karlach, couldn't ask for a better duo to slay devils
I did follow her, but after giving it some thought I belive it was better just to let her die in Faerun. I mean the place is a shithole full of monsters and she hates it. Also, it's so stupid that killing Raphael and leaving Hope in charge of House of Hope isn't even mentioned in Karlach ending. It could have been a perfect place for her and Tav to stay (will be my headcanon anyway). Much better than a barren wasteland that we see in the cutscene.
My two favorite characters in the game canonically end up being doom slayers together weither i romance one or the the other. Truly the greatest outcome
I made Wyll sacrifice his father in return for Mizora to end his contract. I then let Wyll decide his own path after saving his father (Which he decided to not stay at Baldurs Gate). I also didn't get Karlachs engine fixed (I missed that on accident). So Wyll volunteers himself to go to the hells with Karlach to stop her from dying. Damn this game has a lot of choices!
As far as I know unless the most recent update changed things you can’t fix her engine only stabilize it in act 1 and 2 also if you romance karlach the pc can be there with her instead and saw dialogue for wyll karlach and pc currently only way to stop karlach engine from burning up is for her to change into a pure flayer
Im gonna have to do another play through and redo all the things I missed. I completely missed helping her the first time round sadly. Too busy pushing people into pits haha!

Not sure why it only shows Wyll and Karlach even though I reloaded the save twice to make sure it was the 3 of us going into Avernus.
